This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a cheap place and don't expect too much. Everything is old, but clean. There are heavy curtains to darken the room perfectly for sleeping. Outside is quite noisy but if you close the windows it is quiet. The bathroom is narrow but the shower is great. There were enough power outlets to charge your phone and bedside lamps.

I have stayed in a comfort single room on the second floor. There was a double bed with two very narrow matrasses 70 cm. It would have been so much better to have one 140 cm matrass. A late checkout was not possible, or you had to pay 20 euro's extra. My friends have stayed in the cheapest single rooms on the 3th and 4th floor that had a very narrow single bed. The elevator was broken and the room on the 4th floor was extremely hot. The entrance to the parking place is very narrow and it is hard to turn your car in the small parking place. In the night the parking area was blocked by another car but fortunately we have found a free spot near the hotel easily.

For the price (80 euro for 3 persons) everything was ok. Everything in the hotel is quite old, but still functional. Nothing was broken or dirty. The breakfast was good.

Parking lot is in the yard with the entrance through the arch. It would be nice to notify in advance, that there are the vehicle height limitations for parking. We traveled with our bikes on top, so we had to look for a street parking (we were lucky to find one in 100 m).

Internet 🛜 was awful, regularly breaking up, but I think it's a German thing Being on the first floor with the summer heat, it was excruciatingly noisy from the people talking loudly, the transports in the street....

Very spacious room with good beds and big enough bathroom with plenty of hot water. Very nice and helpful receptionist.

No parking. We had kettle, but no cups or glasses. Bad wi-fi. The elevator did not work. Our balcony was dirty and pretty ruined.

But this turned out not to be an issue at all: despite some language barrier we had a very good breakfast and got everything we needed. Special thanks for the lady originally from the Ukraine who was amazing and really helpful.

Tiny lift

Super comfy mattress and large bed. Just what you need for a stopover on a driving trip. Easily found from the motorway. Good shower and breakfast on site. Secure parking. Friendly, multi lingual, receptionist. Kettle provided.

No issues.

Breakfast was good and the Hotel staff was kind. I left some clothes in the hotel and they were able to post it for me.

My room was on the road side so it was loud in the evening.

Water pressure was unreal compared to most hotels I have stayed in. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very spacious. And the balcony was great for socialising. The tram station is about a 2/3 minute walk, then 2 stops to the city centre, which was perfect for our group.

Pillows weren't the greatest and the bathroom was a bit outdated

The room was really nice and clean, with new blankets and bed sheets, and there is a balcony as well. The room feels really nice and safe. I would love to visit again. We didn't have breakfast, but there were stringent rules about wearing gloves and mask for entering the breakfast room, which made me feel that this hotel is very safe. There also is an elevator, which makes it easier for you to climb up the stairs. There is a supermarket nearby (Netto) and it was easy for us to buy stuffs from there.

The elevator size is a little small (but it's not major, 2 people can fit in). The balcony was quite dirty, so I hope the hotel staffs can clean it up. The Wi-Fi got cut off in the middle of usage for a little while, but I'm not sure if it happens frequently. I hope the staffs can manage the WLAN network well. The area around was not so clean. You always need to ring the bell to enter the hotel.

The room was clean and the hotel is nice; the tram is stop in front of the hotel and is going in some minutes in the city center. The personal was friendly and help me with all information needed

The room and the bathroom need some changes . With a different design the room aspect can improve for sure, but except this the room was clean and nice.
