Superb location overlooking the Neumarkt directly opposite the Frauenkirche. Enormous brand new apartment with high ceilings, up-to-the-minute facilities and equipment, all in perfect working order.

The apartment was not as described: we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment with a washing machine, but we were given a 3 bedroom apartment, and the washing machine was in the basement. There was no aircon, no instructions on how to use the hi-tech lighting controls, and no information about where to find the washing machine (we eventually found it on floor -2!)

This is a five stars apartment at the very best location in Dresden, which couldn’t be more central. everything is top notch: big rooms, big bathroom, excellent large bath, kitchen etc etc. And for me it was at a very reasonable rate (80 Euros). An incredible value for money.

No air conditioning. I did not think such five star hotels can be without air conditioning but different countries have different standards. However you can open windows direct into Neumarkt square. Another issue is lack of supply of tea, coffee or laundry detergent.

It is very centrally located right in the heart of historic renovated part of Dresden with the royal palace and lots of museums in walking distance from the apartment. Public transport and diverse dining outlets are easily accessible. A sumptuous, healthy and multi choice breakfast is served by the partner hotel in walking distance from the apartment. There is a huge shopping complex with lots of shops and supermarket in 5-7 minutes walking distance depending on your speed.

The apartment we got is a kind of attic or loft one (see the photos) which provides some street/square view but in the morning it is quite noisy due to supplies unloading vehicles for many shops in the neighbourhood cause open windows for fresh air into the apartment.

The apartment is well located, close to cafes, restaurants and museums. It is spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

To make it even better, include little things like an iron & ironing board especially as there's a washing machine. A few extra items in the kitchen would be good, like utensils & a few extra larger bowls for salads etc. Perhaps before asking for expensive parking, suggest that there is a much cheaper option walking distance. We only found out because we asked. Had we not, we would have paid much, much more.

The location was really good, all the touristic areas and museums nearby. Good public transport options available in the vicinity. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was well isolated and quiet. In general it was well equipped with most necessary household items. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, both at the arrival and at our departure.

The kitchen could have more items for cooking. Only one good knife and no cutting table was a bit lacking, for example. The wi-fi connection was at times slow.

Friendly staff, extremely central location to the touristic centre and close enough to the trendier streets to the north that it can cater to almost any kind of traveler.

Room on 4th floor was quite warm due to lack of aircon. This made sleeping the first night extremely difficult - however - this was largely remedied by the staff immediately providing two fans when we asked, which did help considerably. I expect it would start getting uncomfortable in 30C+ seasons and fans will only help to a point.

The location is perfect, right in the center of the historical district. You can walk absolutely everywhere. We were upgraded to a two-room apartment, which was extremely nice. The staff was friendly, helpful. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay - even a washing machine.

The decoration is a little bit gloomy, everything (furniture, floor) is dark brown. But honestly it was no problem.

Location is great, on the market place across from the Frauenkirche. We were upgraded to a newly renovated one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom sparkling clean and the bed comfortable. We were able to walk to the major sights and to watch King Charles' coronation on the large screen TV. All of this at a reasonable price!

Check-in at a nearby hotel was a bit complicated, and the breakfast, although good, was a bit expensive.

I liked everything, but to make the experience even better the facility could: - extend check-in hours to avoid the necessity to visit the neighboring hotel - mattress was too soft for me - when booking at booking.com I was confused, because initially they recommenced the apartment for 3 people, but on the next step it said, that it accommodates less than 3 people (in reality the facility added extra bad, so everything worked perfectly)

The location was perfect with most exciting sights around it. Much fun to taste food at the food market round the corner. Plenty of good eating places for a coffee with a dessert, also a nice dinner.

We could not find and iron in the apartment. It would be useful to find written Instructions in the apartment about the rules of sorting the garbage and where to throw, so that we could leave the apartment clean.
