The staff was very nice and helpful, the rooms could be cleaner. My main concern and maybe personal opinion was the fact that the rooms cannot be locked, means anyone can access the room at anytime during the night theoretically. we felt insecure as we are a family travelled with small children. The rest was very nice

The Felix is truly located right next to the Zwinger, and is just a short walk from all of the main attractions of Dresden (the Frauenkirche, the promenade along the Elbe, the many museums and architectural wonders). Our room was L-shaped with the sleeping area near the windows and the kitchenette at the bottom of the L. We had sufficient kitchen equipment to make a few dinners, and a nice table with four chairs. Although the space was not large, there was room for all of our possessions and gifts for those at home (this was the end of a 3.5 week train trip to some of the major cities in Central Europe).

Location is unbeatable and incredible value - much more affordable than inner city hotels and the ability to make meals at home, store food and drinks in the fridge, kids can have a separate room… fantastic suites and we’ll be back for sure. North facing suites are ideal as they’ll never over heat with windows open.

Street noise was significant - people talking, drinking and singing until 4am even on weeknights, and renovations across the street starting at 6am. But that’s not the business’ fault.

Great location, only steps away from the Zwinger and the Semper Oper, and only five minutes from the center of the old town and the Frauenkirche. Had I stayed longer, I would have made use of the well-equipped kitchen in the suite. The staff was very friendly and informative, and the rooftop bar was definitely a plus.

The air conditioning was off and I couldn’t discover how to turn it on, but then again, I didn’t report it to the staff. I’m sure they could have made it function.

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The staff were really nice, they send very detailed info upfront so it was very easy to find the location and they also informed us of possible (and cheap) parking solutions. The apartment kitchen was really well equipped (also with a microwave and dining table). The mattresses and pillows were very, very comfortable. The sofa bed was ok for a child to sleep in. The apartment was very nicely furnished, clean and spacious enough for a family of 3.

Excellent location in Alt stad Dresden, close to all interesting tourist locations, restaurants and shops. Very nice and clean appartment. Parking at ~500 meter at Semperoper for 6 Euro per day. Modern and clean appartment with all required facilities.

Sometimes it took many attempts to connect to wifi. Once connected it was working properly.

Location is perfect. Close to multiple tramstops, walking distance to the Neumarkt and shopping area. The apartment has all you need. Comfortable bed.

It was quite warm in the apartment. We kept the windows open at night, but it the sounds from the street can be disturbing. Wifi was an issue. It seems we were too far away from the router for a proper connection. TV seemed to have many channels, but lots of them didn’t have a signal.

Can't ask for a more centralized location. It is just across from the Zwinger and within walking distant to all local landmarks. You have many options in restaurants, drug marts and grocery stores. Taking the streetcar is also super convenient! The reception desk has a big closet to store your luggages. The room is very spacious and clean. Love the fully functional kitchen as well.

Nothing. They don't provide slippers so remember to bring your own.

The studio was very comfortable,well furnished and clean. Staff was great. Parking garage in the building. Good location, great view from the dining area

The breakfast experience was not a comfortable one for us. The seating is very limited and restricted to high tables. Sitting on high bar chairs while pregnant and with a 4yr old was rather stressful. I presume one could have brought the food in the room, but then one assumes also a couple of back-and-forth long trips. My 4yr old was also charged 7,5eur for breakfast (basically a croissant and a yoghurt) which in most of hotels is free. To top that, we got blocked in the elevator, which although sorted in10 mins gave us quite some anxiety. Coffee and tea in the room available, but against cost

There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was welll stocked and the location can't be beat. We we're also able to store our luggage before check in. It was really a great place to stay.

The only issues we had (and these were minor) is the bathroom stayed really warm and the shower doors didn't always seal properly. Again, both small issues. I would definitely stay here again.
