It was a one night stay, so, unfortunately we had no chance to try the pool and spa. But the room was spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is very convinient, we parked a car in the underground garage (costs 16 euro) and went to the city center by tram, which is 100 meters away. You can buy tickets at the reception. One tram, 20 minutes and you are in the center, how convinient is that. The breakfast was good too.

There was no water in the fridge in the room. Well, there was nothing at all in the fridge. The hotel needs renovation, but till they keep it clean, it will do.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide variety to fit all tastes. The children enjoyed the pool which offers both indoor and outdoor swimming + Spa pool. Car parking is on site and easy + has lots of spaces. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All speak English. There are restaurants in the vicinity if you prefer to eat out. Tram into Dresden close by.

No TV channels in English, but we streamed from our phones to the Smart-TV in the rooms. The spare bed is really for a small child, maybe for up to 10 years old or so. We had two rooms as we travelled with 3 teenagers. One slept on the extra bed and it was like sleeping on a camping bed. Next time we will book 3 rooms.

Nice place located in a quiet area, a good hotel for relaxation. Breakfast was varied, plentiful. Staff was great, accommodating. Overall it was a very good stay..

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, and there were 2 of them on the bed, identical, surprisingly hot hallways, there is no watching TV, it is a big screen but few channels, 99% in German, the image was really bad.

I am very glad we found this hotel. We stayed in the main building, the bathroom was indeed a bit old-school, but very clean and the rest of the room was clearly renovated with good interior design, a working cooling-heating AC and a very awesome sleeping concept. Dresden is very busy this time of the year, the hotel seemed to be fully booked, but the staff was still attentive, caring, making sure the guests are happy.

The bistro area where the breakfast took place was buzzing with chaos in the morning. The staff was always around to promptly clean up after people leaving so new guests can sit down, but it's still clear that the area was not sized for the capacity the hotel can hold. It would make sense to think about opening up the other restaurant area for breakfast in peak season.

The localisation of the hotel is winderful. Parking is fine. Room is also fine.

To small rooms, by the reception we arrived early, talking in EN and received info that our room was not ready. Near me stayed also the people from DE (btw we understand german language) and their 3 rooms were ready, funny… moreover on the reservation form lady change the rooms numbers printed before. Och it was suprised that for somebody rooms are, for somebody no. Also i understand that we were before check in so my opinion is not lower because of that🤩

Nice pool area. Very nice sauna area which we unfortunately could not use with a child below 12 of age.

Basic breakfast, only one coffee station so often some waiting time. Very slow on refills for bacon, eggs and pancakes. Extra charge for using the pool area (5EUR pr person) and 16EUR for parking pr day - and limited options outside as the hotel is situated in a residential area.

Good option for transit travellers, who would like to have a rest in the calm place with ability to relax. Staff was very helpful. Good underground parking with plenty of space. If you do not want to go to the city, hotel restaurant will offer you very good quality dinner (and it was asparagus season!).

You would expect a gratis bottle of water in the room (there were team/coffe amenities, but no bottled water).

From the reception to the bed, bathroom etc everything was so great i loved it! Yes sometimes look a bit old or with a few spots but everything else elevates to the point that it did not matter. I also loved the breakfast a lot of variety and good quality the pancakes and multi juice were amazing!

Nothing really to say

The breakfast was good. There was wide variety of food options. The Rooms and location of the hotel makes you relax. The welcoming staff make the visit complete. Also the indoor swimming pool and sauna was very relaxing.

Boiled eggs were not boiled properly. The rooms are not all modern.

We were upgraded to business room and the property overall is quite big and well maintained. It is in-line with what one would expect from Radisson Blu. The pool and spa area is quite nice. Parking was provided for 16 eur per day. Breakfast was quite good too.
