I stayed 10 days at Arcotel and I had a great time there. The location is ideal, next to the river, close to Neustadt (where there are a lot of activities-within 15 mins), close to the Neustadt train station (15mins away from the airport) and also 20mins walk from the historical center. Our room was beautiful, very modern and super clean. I enjoyed my time at the gym that was fully equipped and accessible any time of the day. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. This place is a must! I highly recommend it! :)

The breakfast was slightly overpriced

- beautifully designed room - amenities - towels, hair dryer, tissue box, an open closet, coffee/tea set (although no actual coffee or tea provided) - comfy beds and pillows of varying size and filling - the open design - having the bathroom shower and sink easily accessible without doors - was very much to my liking - the beautiful view of the river and the city skyline from the comfort of the balcony chair - large TV screen and a variety of German and English-speaking channels - quiet area - no noise from the outside whatsoever

- at 19 EUR per day, the price of parking was steep - the breakfast was poorer in choice and in quality than I anticipated - if I'm being picky, I could have used more signs/instructions to navigate the hotel easier, e.g. a sign indicating the turning to take from the main street, a sign indicating which way to go to enter the other building, a sign to indicate which way to turn from the elevator to go to the reception, etc.

The hotel has a perfect location, by walk you can reach the center in 30 mins, by tram that has a stop exactly in front of the hotel in only 10 mins which is great. The hotel is new and nicely refurbished, I personally appreciated the vegan soap. You can park in the garage for 18€. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was (except of super dry scrambled eggs) very good.

The only thing that disappointed us was that there was not a possibility to get a coffee before an opening of a hotel restaurant at 5pm. That was quite suprising as they had two coffee machines in the lobby but apparently both turned off. Not such a big deal, but it made us a bit desperate :)

Modern apartment, saving electricity, noise-isolation from the other apartments , on tram stop, near other great attractions via tram. Right next to the hotel are: thee so-attractive City Beach, a Turkish market, the food in the middleast restaurant next door is great.

We liked the room and were excited about the big shower, but I wish it had a door - never understood how to prevent water from splashing all over the entire bathroom floor. Also, perhaps something can be done for the bathroom door to be possible to stay open when you want (so moisture can dry faster) and then when the bathroom door closes - it would be nice if it makes less noise. A second chair in the room would be nice too.

It is completely NEW hotel. 1. Rooms esp. for disabled guest in wheelchair - is best I ever use. 2. Facility is excellent. 3. Excellent breakfast. 4. Safe parking 5. Of course, this building is located outside the “historic city center”, but right next to the building there is a tram stop and a city bike path. So, 10 min. tram or rented bicycle or 20 min. walk - and you are in the city center. 6. Great location for cycling around Dresden - "The 1200 km German bike's road" is 10 meters away and the "CityBeach Bar" (meeting point for bicycle's fans in Dresden) is 25 meters away.

1. Near construction - but it's temporary.... and not noisy. 2. Even though the hotel's parking has a lot of free spaces, but it is only possible at a price of 19 euros (even for the disabled). The underground garage or outdoors (good for cars with LPG). Also, it is possible to park car on the nearest street, but how safe is it?

The rooms were very modern, as was the rest of the hotel. Comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, and well-fitting furniture. Good location overall but having a car in the winter month definitely helped.

I'm really nitpicking here but here are a few things that could be just a bit better. First of all, I'd expect outdoor hotel parking to be included in the price, 19 € for indoor seems a bit too steep IMO. Another nitpick is that the mattresses were very easily pushed apart, some anti-slide pad underneath would be more comfortable :)

This is a modern hotel at at a reasonable price. It is excellently situated within easy walking distance of many of the Dresden attractions. It also has a tram stop right outside which reaches the Altstadt attractions in the one direction. In the other direction, the No.4 tram goes all the way to Radebeul and Schloss Wackerbarth, which is a winery that I recommend visiting.

The price of parking should be shown on the Booking.com page. It is currently €15 a day to park outside or €19 to park underground. The Booking.com page said there is a kettle in every room. There isn't, so I packed coffee filters, etc. for no benefit.

Room was clean, all quality stuff. Beautiful design, but... Hotel is close to centrum 10 min tram 4 and 9 ( for couple or family 12 e for day) 2 min nice turkish food shop and opposite Lebanon bistro which was amazing.

Less space to keep stuff in the bathroom like cupboard oř holeders fór clothes. Also missing shelf on the mirror close to door. I was really missing usefull stuff in this room. No fridge...

The location is really great - the old town is not too far, especially if you take the tram which station is right by the hotel. The hotel is literally brand new and clean.

The hotel has underground parking, but be aware that in the evenings there is a chance that you will not find free parking spaces. Also, some of the hotel rooms have sink right in the bedroom, so be aware when you are choosing.

Close to the river, stable WiFi, comfortable bed

Little far from main attractions, the restaurant is quite expensive and mediocre at best. they try to make a fancy food but they don’t know much about connecting the tastes and creating harmonious meal. I would advise to make simpler dish but good quality ingredients. It was first time where I was in the restaurant and nothing looked appetizing in the card
