Close to the river bank but a little distance from the city. The only waiter in the restaurant was excellent, very good recommendations, very helpful,& friendly even under stress with arriving travel groups. The food selection in the restaurant was not big but in very good quality.
The sauna was closed at summer time even we needed it, it was not mentioned during booking.

The hotel is situated at the river Elbe in a suburb of Dresden. There is enough space for car parking and also public transport. There is all you need in the room and all was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. There are a supermarket and restaurants just around the corner.

Super clean, friendly staff, awesome breakfast and great location 5 min walking from 2 different tram stations. They also have outdoor and indoor parking, which was good because snowed quite a bit the night that we were there.

We liked the quality breakfast, views from the room, good quality bedding and beds. Baby cot for free and of a very good quality. Excellent housekeeping. Cold beer in the minibar!! Very good stay, thank you.
We didn't like that was no signs/instructions for parking on arrival. We parked outside at the back of the hotel (not in the secured parking which as it was described on Booking.com with extra €9 charge a day). At check out we were asked to pay €5 extra for parking. You should have advise for that expense at the time of the booking or at check in. Also windows are not secured / can be opened fully and without a rail or something to stop a child from falling down from 3rd floor; as window edge is quite low.

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night during our Europe travel, everything was ok and as expected. Parking outside was very busy, but there is underground parking as well. Rooms were comfortable, with big bed and lots of space. Mini bar was nice :)

Clean room. Nice view to Elbe river. Friendly staff. Good access to train station.
Very noisy because it is right next to a main road. Basically it was not possible to sleep without closing the window.

It’s a really nice hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and a great breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful, willing to answer all the questions and help with all the concerns.
