I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were helpful and nice, and the interior décor was beautiful. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, though the room itself was quite small – something we expected. The hotel’s greatest strength, in my opinion, was its location. It’s conveniently close to public transport (tram) and surrounded by excellent restaurants and cafés which made our stay more enjoyable.

There were a couple of downsides. We stayed in one of the ground-floor rooms, and the bottom part of the door wouldn’t fully close, leaving a slight gap that allowed noise to enter the room, which was a bit annoying. It definitely needs some adjustment. Additionally, the shampoo and shower gel were provided in small single-use bottles that were replenished daily. While this was convenient, it would be more sustainable to use fixed refillable dispensers instead.

Room very nice decorated, with very nice amenities (coffee, haribo, soft drinks, shampoo, shower gel etc) super clean and nice style. The area is full of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and coffee areas. Check out time is noon which is great to enjoy the hotel. I loved this place and would highly recommend it

Receptionist called me, before the check out time, to remind me when I had to leave the room. I don’t think it is necessary to ring customers for it but better to inform check out time while doing check in. Nothing really important …

Staff were exceptional. Extremely friendly and helpful and this really stood out to us. Location excellent, lovely area, we walked easily to restaurants, shops, over the river and a delightful ice cream and dessert shop opposite. We were in first bedroom in corridor downstairs. The bedroom is very clean, very comfy bed, huge and luxurious showerroom. The bedroom was quite tight on space, though had everything you need and to a high standard. We had rented a car for work and there is a car park a short walk away that the hotel subsidise which was very handy for us. We would definitely go back if ever in Dusseldorf again and will let others know!

A real bonus would have been an English speaking channel or English subtitles (other than news) on TV and also an information folder in the room with translation though really was not a problem as the staff were all full of excellent information and with very good English.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming! The hotel is beautifully designed. Booked my room last minute due to a flight mishap. From the time I stepped into the hotel till I left for the airport the experience was great - good breakfast included. They also have nice cocktail options and lounges with good connectivity. But it's the excellent people made my trip stressfree & comfortable. Highly recommend this boutique hotel!

I liked the design of the hotel rooms, the longe and the stairs as all of it. breakfast was delicous, small, so not so much wasted. The person on the night reception was the best. Politely, friendly, funny, all for comfort. he made the stay special! I like the candy bar as well- Great and lovely idea.

I would prefare to eat without some already cleaning my table and taking my plates when not finsihed. I couldn´t enjoy as much as I like with someone beeing behind me all the time. Parking system is complicated. A lot of people smoking in the back yard, can´t open the window.

My parents liked our bite so much that I rented them a room and they cancelled their other accommodations! The concierge was very knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful dinner recommendation! I also love the keys that you can leave with the concierge when you step out. It is a really nice system so you never lose your key.

The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I had an issue with an AC in my room that disturbed my sleep, but after brining this up the next morning, I was offered a different room, which was much bigger and nicer. The rooms are nicely designed and feel brand new.

My initial room was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building, I was not offered help to get it brought up.

Very clean with large rooms. Staff were helpful and nice. Also, the location is great!

It was pretty warm and the room only had super warm blankets. The key chains are ridiculously large and heavy. Maybe invest in cards rather than keys? Or smaller keychains?

Location was good, we were within walking distance of the places we wanted to go to. The hotel is newly remodeled and is beautiful. It has a really nice courtyard. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel does not have an elavator because they chose to keep its historic authenticity. The free parking was very limited on the street, but there was private parking available nearby for an additional fee.

The location is just perfect, room was very nice, bed was outstandingly comfortable! It was very quiet and the accommodations were great. Staff was very polite and helpful at any time. Very nice hotel, highly recommended!

The shower leaked and feelwise the bathroom needs some renovation.
