Location is perfect, super close to restaurants, cafes, shopping streets. There were several laptop friendly coffee places nearby with good wi-fi and specialty coffee, so if you are considering working from Dusseldorf, this hotel is a good option to stay in. Room size was ok for one person, for two I'd imagine it would be too small, also if you have a big luggage bag, you probably will not find enough space to open it. Check-in and check-out was flawless.

No locker/luggage room. I had to leave my bag in the 2nd floor and be afraid someone would take it :) It would be great to have at least some space which can be locked rather than asking us to leave the bags literally in the floor, where anyone has access to.

The apartment was very comfortable and quiet even though the location was right in the middle of the city center. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great.

The room was quite hot, however, I knew this before booking as there was no airco available. With the windows open it was okay. The staff put something like a little airfreshener in the room, which was a bit helpful. Next to that, the ventilation in the bathroom was not working properly.

The hotel is great. A clean and nice room, with a clean and nice toillet. The location is amazin, you can do everythign by foot to see the main touristc point. There is a supermarket right around the corner. The metro station is really close by eighter. There are a lot of big stores around it too, since the comons ones until the expensive brands. It was perfect. I really recomend this hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everythig was great. I have no complains at all.

The hotel is very centrally located, 2 minutes walk from Rathaus. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is no staff at the hotel, meaning everyone needs to self check-in via app / website. But this is very clearly communicated by the hotel and the process is very easy. I enjoyed my stay and would return to The Soho Hotel when in Dusseldorf next time.

The staff were very helpful, making the room ready for me early as requested so I could drop off my bags. The room was clean and the mattress comfortable. The temperature in the room was good and the shower worked well

I would have like a firmer pillow or perhaps 2 of them. I would have preferred a bigger shower, but it was useable.

It didn’t have a lift so access could be an issue for some but it was fine for me. No air conditioning - it wasn’t super hot so wasn’t an issue.

Fantastic location, comfortable bed and duvets, and a decent coffee maker and coffee. Because there is no lift the building manager had to call for help to take it up the stairs. They changed my 4th floor assignment to the 2nd Flr.

No elevator, no AC, dated furnishings and like many hotels, the room was too small to open a large suitcase.

The hotel was in a great location but despite being near to bars and cafes it was very quiet inside the room. The room was spotless and had everything you need for a short stay.

The noise from the street was completely blocked out but the noise from the staircase and people opening and shutting doors wasn't and did wake me up a few times.

Everything was great, easy access to the taxi station, the U-Bahn, and the restaurants street. Very busy during the day and very calm at night. I enjoyed my stay at this place.

I would recommend to put a list for the nearby coffee shops for morning breakfast since they do not offer. It makes sense when you are in hurry to go to your work and you don't have enough time to search for a coffee shop.

Clean, comfortable, great location

1. No elevator, it was hard to carry luggage to 4. floor . 2. It's not allowed to eat a carry-out food in this hotel room. I didn't like to eat alone outside, so I brought food to my hotel room but it wasn't allowed to eat there ~unreasonable and pretty inconvenient for me
