Gorgeous room! We were upgraded to a junior suite and it was absolutely amazing. The room was extremely spacious and the cleaning was superb (they even folded our clothes! We felt like kings!). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious and the shower had a massage head which was fantastic on my painful neck and the beds were so comfortable they felt like a dream. The location is perfect. On walking distance to a bus stop, a tram stop and a train station. There was also a small supermarket on literally 2 minute walk from the hotel entrance. The personnel was so nice as well! Very friendly and wonderful people! Highly recommend! There was a fire alarm during our stay but the personnel stayed calm and got everyone out in record time!

The price/quality of the breakfast could be better. 20 euros for a basic selection of food and some soggy fruit was a bit disappointing for the price. Would’ve loved it if it was 10 euros.

Leaking shower cable shouldn't happen in 4 star hotel. Bathroom walls and ceiling are made of plastic. I know it is practical, but I did not like it. The staff was nice, but first there was some problem at check-in (the lady seemed not to know how to do it), and second there was a problem at check-out (they lost the invoice they had printed before).

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was spacious and clean with a nice and affordable minibar, we also liked the amenities in the bathroom. It was a short stay for us from late evening until early morning, so didn't try any restaurants but there are some in the area and a Netto supermarket in the same building. It's 5 min with a bus to the airport and the bus stop is right on front of the hotel.

Getting there from other cities is not the most convenient, because the closest train station is a 15 minutes walk away. But for using the airport the location is great anyway!

Beds are indeed very confortable. room was spacious. if you are coming for exhibitions it is a perfect place. as well it is quick to drive to city center . the hotel garage is very practical and few convenience shops are around.

price more than doubled during shows. breakfast expensive and queuing for checking for it then as well for the only coffee machine, is really a minus, even a pain when you hurry to get to exhibition center...also the long walking distance in corridors with only two elevators is as well a minus.

The staff was very very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness was on satisfying level. Location is good if you want to be close to the airport and it is generally well connected with public transport. Neighbourhood is peaceful. Breakfast was better than average.

The room felt to small even for one person. TV should be android or have more than two channels on English language for the foreign guests.

The hotel is just one train stop from the airport and also on bus routes. Quiet location. Comfortable room with a bath. Substantial breakfast with plenty of choice

This hotel is in easy reach of trams, trains and the airport. I have used it as my default booking when I travel via Dusseldorf. It's also right next to Netto for last-minute purchases.

Unable to obtain English tea bags.

Convenient place to stay near Dusseldorf airport - clean, inexpensive compared to other options, has a sauna. Walking with just a backpack is easy and takes less than 20 min. If you have luggage - take a taxi.

Closeness to the airport and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was super busy that night but they still accommodated me and the food was nice and arrived quickly. Will definitely book again.

Internet reception was not great but I didn't really need it either as I did not need to work when I arrived.
