It was hard to find a family room in Düsseldorf that was reasonably priced. The room was HUGE. A California king bed and two bunk beds but loads of space in the room with two separate areas including a table and couch and long desk. Electric Venetian blinds and curtains kept the room dark so the kids didn’t get up so early with the sun. Bathroom had a great shower plus a jacuzzi bath.

The lobby has a fridge stocked with snacks and drinks but the prices are ridiculously high. Breakfast is also pricey (€21.50 or €10.75 for kids). I needed to check out a day early but because I booked via booking.com I didn’t receive a refund on the last day which wasn’t used.

Goldilocks location for Dusseldorf airport: close enough to the airport, but far enough to not have any airport noise. Very recently renovated, all clean and tidy. The mattresses are decent, but not stellar. You can buy drinks and snacks 24H a day. Breakfast was pretty decent. Plenty of parking space. For ones who wanted it, there is an automated check-in/check-out.

The restaurant food was mediocre at best. The waiter who served us could barely be bothered to do her job. We got 'special' New Year/Christmas menu by accident, but surprise surprise, it's identical to the normal one. Hotel was good, but restaurant not very much, your milage may vary.

The bed was comfortable and big. The room was kept very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. I had a nice view. It was great having a jacuzzi bath and a shower in the bathroom. Also, a fridge and mini safe in the room. The location was perfect for me as it was a short walk from the PSD Dome where I had tickets for a concert and the tram stops to get to central Düsseldorf. Also fairly close to the airport by taxi.

The view from my room was amazing on the 14th floor my excutive room was brilliant would recommend. The breakfast was nice. The bar was nice had a few cocktails. To get the city there is a tram that goes directly there about 15-20mins and i also went on a lovely boat ride cruise on the rhine river. Taxi ride from the airport is under 10mins cost about 13 euros. The spa/Gym on the 15th floor was amazing the view just wow.

The evening meals in the restaurant i feel can be abit more diverse in choice for food culture.

The Staff is really good. The location is perfect (walking distance to the PSD Dome. The room is spacious.. Several breakfast options.

The Hotel only counts with 2 lifts even if there are 15 floors... so there is always a waiting time to get a lift specially if they are fully booked (that can happen when concerts). The style of the room could be improved, the sofas looked old and very used. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains... looked dirty to us.

The hotel is great as always, good bar, good breakfast, light and spacious, professional staff

This time I had a room where the bed was positioned in the middle of it, many hotels do it now, it’s a nice view out of the window in the morning but that’s it. It is not practical, nowhere to put anything to the side like phone, etc. You can only put stuff on the top which falls off when reaching for it. Obviously they like the design but it’s not practical. When I stay next I will ask for a room that has back against the wall and side tables, waste of a rooms space I think.

The curtains have gaps on the sides and as such light shines through, so the room gets very light in the morning. This requires improvement. Also, the double beds are two single beds next to each other and nothing is done to close that gap. Also two separate small blankets are provided, could be improved.

Great breakfast/ restaurant. Bar staff were attentive. Many patrons had attended a concert at the PSD Dome nearby (Dimash Qudaibergen). When we returned the staff played his music on Spotify as we celebrated. Perfect way to end the day. Thanks to them for being so attentive and considerate. Loved the fire in the foyer.

My friends room was a bit to cool. Thermostat did not seem to work.

A v quick nights stay during the Euros with our two young boys. We stayed in a room together - was super comfortable and clean. Check in v easy and efficient. Outstanding value for money. We got the tram from central Dusseldorf to the hotel - really easy. And then taxi to the arena - easy - and the morning we left we got an Uber to the airport train station, everything was very easy.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, and I have stayed in many, spacious, clean, accessible every detail has been thought about. Those things that iritate you in some hotels, none of them here, near perfect. Nice big rooms, good sound proofing and a good view from upper floors.

There was literally nothing I did not like, and I am hard to please. I never right reviews but this hotel deserves one
