I liked the room and the general atmosphere in the hotel, reception staff was very nice and explained whatever question we had

the aircon in the bathroom was on for the entire night and could not be turned off, furthermore the temperature in the bathroom was not adjustable because the display did not react to any of our attempts of working it. also, on the day we were checking out housekeeping staff came in at around 10 and asked us whether we wanted the room cleaned or not; we thought housekeeping is usually informed about guests checking out so we were caught of guard by someone suddenly entering while we were in the middle of packing up to vacate our room.

Rooms were nice, parking was also good.

1. During the day, the rooms stinks. Some very bad smell coming from the AC. 2. The room service staffs are very unprofessional. They knock on your door, wouldn’t wait for you to open and would go ahead to open while you are inside the room. Very bad attitude, I complained severally but they would stop that. 3. No intercom in the rooms, no way to contact reception unless you come downstairs yourself

Good price for the value, super breakfast, very comfortable beds. It was a very nice surprise in bathroom, to find some tips about what to visit in Düsseldorf. Very good idea! Also in the lounge you can find some interesting books and storrys about the city. TV programs are in very wide range, everybody can find something interesting after a long day. The bar is 24/7 open, so if you are hungry or would like a tea in the middle of the night, they are happy to serve you snacks and drinks. There is also a small snack/drink shop corner where you can find a few things too.

Internet is not to fast, for working and meetings in the room not the best, but it works. The location is very good reachable by car and taxi or e-scooters, for those who are traveling with public transport can be a bit problematic. But it is not a disadvantage.

We stayed here as a transfer location for a flight. Close enough to centre of Düsseldorf for a meal out. The rooms were large and beds super comfortable. The shower was big and walk in with great pressure! Heated floors was so nice! AC worked perfectly and the room was super quiet! Parking was easy. EV charger available. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Paying for the parking was not expensive however it wasn't in the middle of the city. So I think they could offer Free parking however I know its about making money for these hotels.

The property was good,the room was good,tram was 10 minutes with foot away. The room was cleaned. I liked it.

The parking. The parking is with money and not free. I dont understand why 15€ . With 15€ i could had parked everywhere im Düsseldorf center and the hotel was far far away from center and still with money. If we make a small calculations room price + hotel prking it goes around 80€ ,with this amount i can found a hotel in Düsseldorf near center and with free parking!

Love the design of the place, very modern, comfy beds, friendly staff, the bar is also very nice with a good amount of seating around the lobby area

Nothing major, the only thing is that I had a disabled bathroom in my room whilst not being disabled, I’m by no means saying this is a bad thing or wrong Etc., I just feel it would’ve been nice to have a heads up beforehand, just my opinion though

The staff made the very best out of the situation. They were left alone with three people of which one has the first day. Long queues of stranded passengers of cancelled flights, collapsed computers upon, check in, no knowledge of bar work, but still all of them had a smile upon your face, and try to make the best out of the situation. Kudos to the team!

Chaotic circumstances, and clearly very shortstaffed

It was clean, the decor was exquisite. The bed was cosy and the beddings were amazing, the window brought in good light with a good view… Everything was super clean… I LOVED EVERYTHING The art wall in the bathroom, white clean towels, clean bathroom, the little details like the chair and the black bins🥰😘😘😘😘😘😘It was exactly as shown in the photos

It was a great experience. There is a wide choice of sweet and savory dishes for breakfast and I loved the tea selection. The room are big enough, silent and well climatized. There was a power outage which made us stay out of the room for a few minutes, but as an apology, breakfast was offered by a hotel manager. Lovely service!

We had some difficulties contacting the hotel as they don’t take calls after 20:30.

Comfy bed! Good shower! I like that the free breakfast goes til half 10 and half 11 on weekends!

The breakfast cooked options were a bit lacking, just scrambled eggs, boiled eggs and frankfurters. Would love some bacon, beans, mushrooms, sausages etc. Also the hot chocolate wasn’t working both days I tried
