Stayed for 2 nights during the EURO 24, paid in total 200€ with breakfast included as solo-traveler, which was a pretty decent price compared to other hotels in this period. The rooms were like in the photos, spacious, pretty clean, comfy beds, safe, hairdryer. Breakfast was not wow but had all the basics. 3 minutes walk from a train station, from where you can easily reach Hbf, and also the airport. It's walkable distance from the city center too. Fast check-in, fast check-out, staff was nice and helpful. Overall, I was satisfied.

Highly recommend Our holiday in Düsseldorf was made significantly more enjoyable by the lovely hotel of Premier Inn. The staff was extremely lovely and helpful, the rooms were clean and neat, not to mention this was the most comfortable sleep I've ever had in a hotel thanks to the soundproof doors and walls. My only recomendation would be adding a mini fridge to the rooms. I would like to highlight one employee specifically - Stella! She was incredibly lovely from minute one, helped us in any way she could, left a lovely note in our room and guided us to wherever we wanted to go in the city. Huge kudos to her for being such a genuinely lovely person and a professional staff. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Düsseldorf!
There wasn't anything really

As Dokomi attendees, it was important to have an accomodation which is close, or conveniently connected to the Messe. This hotel is in a great location, few minutes walking distance from several public transport options, kiosks, shops, restaurants and 15 minutes walking distance to Little Tokyo. The rooms are quiet, we did not hear any other guests during the night. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and informative during check-in. For room cleaning / towel change, you have to let the staff know ahead, which they will inform you about as well.
There was no mini fridge in the room, we had to plan ahead with what food and drinks can we buy and eat during our stay.

Excellent location - 5 mins walk to nearest underground. A few minutes walk from the beautiful Hofgarten park. Shops, supermarket and restaurants close by. Possible to walk right into city centre and in the opposite direction to main train station (Hauptbahnhof). Hotel immaculate and the staff all friendly and efficient. A 50% discount on all drinks at a daily 5-7pm Happy Hour - a lovely surprise. We had paid for bed & breakfast in advance & enjoyed the routine of having breakfast in the hotel. There was a good coffee machine (many types of coffee available) & various loose leaf teas available. Overall a good selection of food (cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, hot food, breads & pastries). We would definitely stay here again if coming to Dusseldorf.
For a shorter stay this would not have been a problem at all but for our 7-night stay we found the breakfast choices repetitive (exactly the same thing every day). No complaints about the actual food though apart from disappointing (very small) sausages.

We liked the fact that the hotel is now in the old town but around 10-15 minutes of walking. Also the accommodation price was really good and having in account that was clean and comfortable, we do not regret our choice. Living in UK we know what to expect in Premier Inns and for sure as facilities, this hotel is one of the best we have had till now (Premier inn company)
Since I am comparing with UK, we found the breakfast more expensive than in UK, with less options. But the food quality was much better!

Everything was good including friendly staff only thing i would say the owner needs to think about that how important it is to have phones in the room there was no phone in any rooms so room service or any thing we need have to go down all the way ground floor from 4th floor which was very dissappointing

It was very pleasant, staff friendly and welcoming, Rooms were small but comfortable enough. When we asked for more tea bags and milk they were happy to oblige. Enjoyed our first German beer of the trip in happy hour
The main problem with the room was the shower wasn’t good. It kept going hot and cold. There was no room service which was disappointing on the first day but then we were not really bothered.

Just an easy and direct 15 minute walk into the city centre, this hotel is predictably modern and comfortable, with fantastic staff, a huge hot and cold breakfast buffet and a secure underground car park. Don’t be concerned about the reviewer who had difficulty grabbing a towel after a shower - yes, the towel rail is behind the shower door when opened but you merely need to hang the towel on the door handle or put it on the vanity unit opposite first. More importantly, the bathroom is lovely.

Everything. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, stuff available for breakfast and the location is fantastic. I couldn't have chosen better.
The charging ports were on the opposite side of the bed, making you get up and walk a few steps towards the TV to charge a phone. I think fixing it at the bedside will be the best option. I felt lazy waking up in the night & walk away just to charge a device. I did them only in the mornings! Please fix that. Thank you

Nice acommodation, very clean. The check-in and -out were very easy and you could keep your luggage in a room even after checking out. The city centre wasn’t too far away, you’re close to a train station, and there’s a tram stop close to the hotel.
A mini fridge would have been nice. I was surprised that you had to ask for room cleaning as this is not usually the case and thus didn’t know if it cost extra or not.
