Comfortable, clean, modern and spacious apartment close to a major shopping centre and close to the underground train station. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the main train station. The staff were extremely helpful. We were given a quiet room as requested. This was at the back of the building. The free washing and drying machines were a great help.

We had some difficulty using the washing machine as there weren't any manuals to guide us.

Great and spacious room, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Very new, equipped with a small kitchenette and a seating area. The location is within walking distance to Messe Hall 3 and Skyline Plaza Mall.

Unfortunately, only after multiple requests were we provided with extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed, as well as towels. Despite the reservation being for four people, this was explicitly noted in the booking. On the second day, the two extra towels were taken away, leaving us with only two for the four of us.

The location was good enough for our needs. The room was really big and the price was good. The kitchen had all necessary items so we could enjoy dinner and breakfast in the room. I especially liked the technology setup in the room, it was very easy to put music or Netflix on the TV from the phone. We travelled with our dog and she really enjoyed the king size bed in the room.

It would be helpful to have some indication in the confirmation email or via messaging on where the underground parking is. Could have used a kitchen sponge in the room for washing the dishes. The hotel is new and the staff is still getting their way around the systems.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. Whenever I look for accommodation in Frankfurt, it is always my first choice. The room is large and clean. The facilities in the room, eg, the kitchenette and the bathroom, are great. The same applies to the facilities outside the room, eg, the laundry room. The hotel is close to a mall where you can get groceries, eg, at the markets such as REWE and DM, or the bakeries. The hotel is also close to bus, tram and underground rail stops.

Nothing.

Everything was perfect. Clean/well decorated/quiet rooms, tasty/good variety breakfast, smiling/helpful staff, next to a big shopping mall where you can find whatever you want, 25 mins walking distance to downtown and 10-15 mins to the main train station. Frankly, It's a perfect option for the "Value for Money".

During the check-in time, I needed to fill out a form for the invoice request, indeed I have already shared it while booking the hotel. So I don't know; if Booking.com didn't share these details with the hotel or hotel staff couldn't find them. On the other hand, it was not a big deal and I can stay in this hotel on my next trip to Frankfurt.

The room was really well-appointed and comfortable. The bed was huge (hard to find in Germany), and the pillow selection was nice. The desk was nice to have, and the kichenette area had everything necessary for making hot drinks and reheating some takeout. The bathroom was spacious and even had a towel warmer. Super nice room for a very reasonable price!

There was some noise early in the morning from what may have been trash pickup, but that can probably be avoided if you sleep with the window closed.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, efficient and kind bar staff. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast nice and varied, with the eating area being very ambient and welcoming. Unlike many other hotels, I did not feel like I was in a high school canteen. The bar area in the evening was a cosy and welcoming place to hang out, with chatty, helpful staff.

Limited lunch and evening menu, but there were restaurants around

It was modern and clean with a touch of colour. Comfy bed, pillow menu. Good quality toiletries provided. Staff were friendly, despite varying levels of English, they did their best.

Location as a tourist- great if you’re attending the conference centre, quite a walk from the old town centre and Sachsenhausen. Air conditioning didn’t appear to be working effectively - my friend and I both commented about about getting hot overnight. Our body wash and shampoo were switched around.

the room was very well appointmed, clean, with Nespresso machine, and the cleaning ladies very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from train stration, and super short walk to Messe, a great place to stay if you are in Frankfurt for a concert.

it was 40 degrees C outside, and both of the rooms were boiling hot, despite supposedly functioning A/C. (This might have something to do with restrictions on electric energy spending in Germany and might not be a fault of the hotel.) Also, we left a stuffed toy in the room, and asked the hotel to please return, our expense, and they never responded to the request.

I had two rooms there, 512 and 513 which are connected by two doors . The rooms are equipped with all the facilities shown in the photos. The behavior of the staff, parking, breakfast were all good The location of the hotel was good and it was located near the shopping mall.

Both rooms had a problem with the shower and its stand needed to be replaced. The bathroom in room 512 also splashed water from the bathtub to other areas during bathing, which could be solved by replacing the glass protector of the bathtub. The bed was very comfortable, but it made a little noise.
