this hotel is located in a very beautiful building, with comfortable, large, and well-furnished rooms, next to an S-Bahn station. The double glazed windows, however, block almost all the noise from the tracks. So, you have all the benefits of being close to public transport and no disadvantages. We slept very well! We only had breakfast once here. The buffet was not exorbitant, but it was delicious and had everything we needed. We usually like to explore breakfast and brunch places across town, but we soon discovered Frankfurt is not too big on breakfast, so it might be worthwhile to eat in the hotel. The staff was friendly, but a bit reserved and we didn't have too much contact with them. The location was great, with lots of food options near by and with buses, trams, and S-Bahn at the doorstep. The Hauptbahnhof is a 20 minutes walk away, but the neighborhood is cleaner and more quiet and pleasant.

The view was not special.

i have only stayed in hostels in the past so my list might include things that are standard for hotels -counter space around the sink for toiletries -right next to galluswarte tram and train station -nice big shower -great value for money -lots of storage, wardrobe with hangers etc -hairdryer in bathroom -staff were very nice and checking in and out was quick and easy

-if the noise of trains will annoy you, id recommend not staying here . it wasnt an issue for me, i managed to tune it out immediately and it didnt wake me up or prevent me from sleeping . with the window closed i couldnt hear trains at all -the only thing i didnt like about my room was how there were no shelves in the actual shower, meaning you have to reach down to the floor to grab your stuff

Extremely friendly staff (out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable, nothing was too much trouble), wonderful spacious room and bathroom, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of food for everyone's taste. Pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and in the dining room. The location is excellent, good connection to the airport, and one S Bahn station or ten minutes walk to the Frankfurt fair. I will definitely come again!

The hotel lies in a neighborhood area outside the city centre, but close to the tram and buses. Quiet at night. Very welcoming staff, who helped me park my motorcycle in the backyard. Newly renovated room with everything you need, and a nice view to boot. Very stylish neoclassical building.

The has rather obviously recently changed hands; there were several signs showing the old name. Didn't really bother me, but was a bit strange. The gym leaves a lot to be desired - old and partially not-working equipment.

Excellent transport accessibility, cleanliness, a very comfortable bed and very friendly staff. I had read positive reviews beforehand and was still pleasantly surprised. The window faced directly towards the s-bahn station, but it didn’t cause any discomfort, even with the window slightly open. But for sure, sensitivity to nighttime noise is a pretty individual matter

I can't think of anything better for just staying in the city for a couple of nights

The room and bathroom were good and comfortable. Receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Good location, next to S-bahn station from where you can directly reach the city center in no time. Very close to the Franfkurt Fair for those coming for it. Being close to a running train station, it was unexpectedly very quiet. So, do not worry about noise disturbances. The hotel offers paid parking, but you'll very often find a free parking space just below the railway bridge right next to the hotel.

The staff responsible for breakfast and the bar in the morning looked very unhappy and unprofessional. Breakfast itself was extremely poor both in quality and variety. Room cleanliness staff were not cleaning the room daily as expected, neither leaving clean towels. They once knocked on the door and asked if we needed new towels, and that was the only interaction in 5 days.

A very nice interior hotel, very clean and feel of good quality furniture and fittings. Separately can mention a good mattress which was a positive surprise!

Lack of bathroom sanitary set, not sure of the cost but I did expect to find atleast simple earbuds and hand cream for the price. The breakfast - good inquality, but set up an variety for the small amount of guests staying on Monday was poor, cold meal, but baked cruasant whare good!. Recomendation - when a few guest stay - suggest cook to order meals.

Qualitative rooms, spacious, quiet place to sleep and free coffee :)

Maybe the coffee should have been only pure coffee nestle instead of 3in1 coffee (i don't sugar/milk in my coffee)

It lacks everything a 4* hotel should have. False information on Boooking.com No restaurant, no bar. Just nothing. !
