It was my first time staying at a Hilton so I had huge expectations because of the price and the hype. It is nice but nothing special. - The bigest bonus is the location directly at the airport - The bed is comfy - The hotel has a free ice machine - The hairdryer is good - The bathroom is spacious

- The windows cannot be opened. But there is an air conditioning, which works well - Be careful about the mini bar, it has a sensor and if you take anything out, even just to look at it, it automatically charges you. - you have to pay a 50EUR deposit upon check in. It will be refunded to you upon check out. I find this very strange, because I did not see this information while booking the room and I thought the room was overpriced enough already... I never ever had to pay a deposit to a hotel before. - the rooms need deep cleaning. There was lots of dust on the shelves, especially in the bathroom

It was vitally important to us that we be certain of a smooth transition to our flight back home the following morning so we opted to stay at the Hilton ON the airport property. In that regard, what a wonderful experience we had! Comfortable, quiet, roomy and convenient, Best (strongest) shower water pressure on the planet.

20 minute wait for cheesecake dessert on Christmas eve. Manager should have mentioned that it was frozen and offered an alternate rather than just being super busy, probably short-staffed, and ultimately alienating us, As it is, when the cake was finally presented it was partially frozen anyway.

The room was up to the Hilton standards which we enjoyed. Just outside the hotel's doors were many places to select from for eating a varied type of foods. Also, there was the easy access downstairs to the train service for trips into Frankfurt, which was about a 35-minute train ride and only 7 Euros one way, better than 30-40 Euros for a taxi. We selected the Airport Hilton because we had a very early departure on our return trip to the U.S. Although the gate to our carrier, located in Terminal Two, from the hotel, was a fast-paced 40minute walk, which we timed, including the short trip on Sky Walk train to Terminal Two.

The cost of breakfast buffet was not worth the quality of the food available.

I booked the room as an emergency after a flight cancelation and subsequent flight delay from Lufthansa, causing me to miss the last train home. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the room is overall clean. I did find a long black hair in one of the towels though. The location was amazing for my needs, directly above the train station of the airport, and despite this, the room was perfectly soundproofed. The bathroom was amazing, with both a walk in shower and a bathtub, the soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided were top quality. Also coffee and tea making facilities in the room, as well as a minibar. The minibar is not free.

I found a hair in one of the shower towels. For the price of 217€ I would at least expect breakfast to be included in the room rate.

The space in the room was very good with 2 comfortable seats and a large bathroom (with a bath and separate shower) and the restaurant catered for my dietary needs excellently your Restaurant manager and his team are a credit to your company after a long day travelling by train across Germany due to weather cancelled flights I was not in a good place, however the friendly, attentive restaurant team and delicious food, put a smile back on my face (or perhaps it was the wine!) ready to tackle our 'red-eye' morning flight.

Everything was excellent or at worst very good except the card reader system appeared to have some technical fault which declined both mine and my wife's cards. When we checked out the next morning it was working fine and there was no issue.

Check in: slow - only two people on desk and long line - the process seemed slow and the lines moved slowly as some guests seemed to have complicated issues and bookings- very frustrating for tired and weary travelers. The particular check-in attendant we dealt with offered no welcome or greeting, was somewhat officious - the only information he offered me was that I was not entitled to loyalty points. Asked for a $100 credit card payment without explanation - I had to ask what this was for( he should have explained up-front) Did not direct us to lifts or mention that our Room number 6--- was on the first floor not the 6th as you would expect. Overall poor performance. Room lacked character or charm of any kind.

I booked the room because of the ease of access to the airport (I had a morning flight). But the room was so lovely! Large, spacious, comfortable, and it had everything I needed. I liked that it had a separate tub and shower. The bed was very comfortable and there was no noise at all from the hallway or other rooms (or outside). The staff were friendly and skillful and spoke excellent English. I was only in the room for about 12 hours, but I couldn't imagine a better stay. I was able to easily walk to check in for my flight.

Property was comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. It was well apportioned and pleasing to see no single use products in the bathroom. Crabtree and evenlyn via pump packs on the wall

It was very hot the day we were there and it seemed the air conditioning couldn’t cope in the foyer (fans everywhere) or in the room. The room temp was ok but even adjusting the dials didn’t make much of a difference. Decor in the bathroom could be nicer but that is being very pedantic. Distance from airport was a little way in the heat.

The ambience is always nice there and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was good and it is very quiet in the room so that one can sleep well without problems. The pastries and coffee to go in the lounge were great as we had to leave at 5 and missed breakfast. To be so close to the airport is a BIG plus to stay and we shall stay again.

We had reserved for 3 people and the extra bed was there but no extra cups or glasses. The restaurant was not what it used to be and I doubt we shall eat there again but instead shall go to the other side of the airport where there were several restaurants. Although clean the shower had seen better days and the grout really needed to be replaced along the bottom.

Quiet, convenient with professional friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Ideal for access to the airport. Dinner was excellent with a good choice selection and very high quality

I have no criticism of the hotel with the exception of signage from the airport terminal being non existent making it a challenge to find quickly, especially with bags and suitcases.
