Lack of information on the Booking.com website regarding the shuttle from and to the airport. For clearer information, best to go on the Park Inn by Radisson Frankfurt Airport website (https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/hotels/park-inn-frankfurt-airport# ). A map showing where the shuttle leaves from Terminal 1 would be useful too.

Easy check-in/out although can get busy. There was a self-check-in/out position at the check-in desk, but with no obvious instruction about how to use it had to wait anyway. Parking is on site under the hotel. Parking is tight and larger cars may have difficulty. Rooms were clean. Keycard required to acces the floors via the lift. Breakfast good.

Self check-in desk had no obvious instruction of how to use it, so still had to wait for available check-in staff. Shuttle bus only free one way (from airport). At €6 per person it is expensive (especially if you are with a family). You could stay at a hotel in the city and use a local transport group ticket (€19) for less. Fridge in the room was very small (not able to stand bottles or milk carton upright) and not plugged in (so not cold anyway).

I came in domestic terminal and I wanted to have a walk that day so hotel close to be able to have a nice 1/2 hour walk My room was looking out to the park, nice. I like your location so close to the airport. Nice staff and I did not make time for the breakfast before my early flight but the desk told me at check in that I could help myself to free AM coffee that was great while I wait for the shuttle AM bus. So nice to have the hotel shuttle bus to use.

As a North American I like a face cloth which I bring but going home I had used all mine. Not a dislike but as a senior I was surprised that there isn't a phone in the room. I am not electronic and only travel with data

Very good position near the S-Bahn. Quiet rooms, good bed and good breakfast.

No hair dryer and no electric plough in the bathroom. Too many messages from the hotel before and after the staying!

Nice hotel in an area that is adjoining the airport. I need gluten free food and the desk staff was able to recommend another hotel that was better able to handle my dietary requirements. They had the European style of bedding, a king size bed with 2 twin size duvets. I had heard of this but never had used this style of bedding before. I loved this and was ready to go home and cut my king size bedding in half!

One reason we picked this hotel is that their description said (and I called to verify) that they had an airport shuttle. We waited quite awhile for the shuttle. I called the hotel and it stopped running at something like noon and it was 1:00 by then. We also had to call a taxi to take us back to the airport the next day. When you are traveling and have a fair amount of luggage, this is important. It was a main criteria for picking a hotel.

The location is ideal if you need to use the airport. We flew in and had an overnight layover. You have several options to get to and from the Airport. The hotel will cover you using the hotel community shuttle ONE WAY, (generally to the hotel) if you want to use the shuttle bus to the airport from the hotel, it is 5 or 6 Euro a person and the otel will book it for you. Additionally, you can use a Taxi (about 30-35 Euro one way) normally 1-3 waiting out front, (Uber 25% less than a taxi) or the S-bahn station is just minutes away on foot at the "Gateway Gardens Station", but depending on how much luggage you have, that may not be convenient. The airport is the next stop after Gateway Gardens Station. The S-bahn is convenient to go check out downtown though, we paid 20 Euro for a group pass (5 people) for the day and were able to easily get to the Altstadt part of Frankfurt and back. The hotel was very functional and clean, the staff was helpful and accomodating, and the breakfast was typical for a hotel in Germany (very good).

The hotel had us believe the "free" bus brought us from the airport and to the airport for free- that is not the case, you only get one free direction, the other you pay for per person. The bed situation made it accommodating for my adult age daughter and son to share a room, as there are no options to have two seperate beds with space between each other. They do have rooms with a small fold out couch, but they were not available.

Big window and two tables in the room. Many choices for breakfast and a great view at the breakfast area. Besides the nearby supermarket (Rewe), one can also buy food and necessities on the ground floor of the hotel. Between the hotel and the S-Bahn station "Gateway Gardens", there's a nice little park although it looks a bit unsafe to walk across it at night.

The shower door didn't close tight, making the floor quite wet after shower. There're two elevators in the hotel but one of them went out of order during my two-night stay there. When I asked the reception to store my luggage upon checkout (as my flight was in the evening), the staff didn't put any tag on my luggage or give me any card for identification, which made it quite insecure.

The Wi-Fi in my room, 103, was strong and steady. The bed was comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. The hotel staff were wonderful. I was very happy with the price/value. And €10 by taxi from the airport, so reasonably close. Hotel offers a six euro shuttle to/from the airport.

I paid approximately €100 for my one night stay, so guests should not have high expectations. The hallway was a little smelly, and the room was clean enough for me, perhaps, not clean enough for some people. There’s no kettle in the room, nor is there a Coffee making facility.

Instant hot water and good water pressure in the shower!

It was a Sunday so the restaurant was closed . The hotel wasn't listed on the shuttle bus list at the airport. You need to get the Holiday inn bus.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is great, 10 min shuttle ride to airport which runs every half hour. We were expecting to pay for the shuttle, but the hotel gave us free tokens. Nice surprise! There is a small park with walking paths right behind . An Italian restaurant, Asian restaurant and grocery store are right across the street, making it very convenient to grab something to eat. The bed had neat colored lighting around the headboard which you could easily turn on and off and was most comfortable. We highly recommend the Park Inn.
