everything is great, coffee machine, fridge, towels. it really is a business hotel, has usb chargers, and downstairs i get to do my work in peace. also love that there are bedside lights for reading so that i wont disturb others in the room. there are also plates, cups and utensils in the room for eating and drinking if you want to buy food from outside.

sooooooo… not sure if we booked the right type of room. but the bathroom shower area is see through from the room itself. made it really awkward for my brother and i who are travelling together and we had to made arrangements so that we wont see each other showering hah. we made do and didnt ask to change rooms because we didnt want to trouble the staff since everything else is great, but maybe the hotel can inform the travellers beforehand that if this is a couples room its really a COUPLES(LOVERS) room. another thing is the bathroom’s really small, the shower area is not covered(eg with door/curtain to prevent water from going out to other areas) so the bathrooms constantly wet :(

Clean room, friendly staff, parking place was easy to find. WiFi was working well. No noise from the outside (streets and restaurants). Nice gym

No room service, expensive car park (although they suggested to park in the streets surrounding the hotel but since I had valuable items in my car I had to make use of the parking space. Also the bed is (for my preference) a bit too soft as well as the pillows. Lastly, the doors to the rooms were incredibly heavy to open, as well as the door to the gym.

The personnel should be more friendly and helpful. Most of the girls at the reception behave as if they work was a punishment. More smiles, more culture and engagement and it will be all right.

A beautiful and modern hotel. Our room was comfortable and had a very sophisticated look. Audiosystem with Bluetooth was available and a big flat screen. The room was in the back, so it was quite and we didn't hear noise from the main street. The room also had nesspresso coffeemaker with capsules, a mini fridge and tableware. Beware of the heavy doors. 😅

The toilet is an extra room and the sink and shower were together. So when the other person was in the shower, you couldn't wash your hands. The shower had a glass wall to the room, so the other person could see you while taking a shower. It won't bother you if you're alone or maybe a couple. But we were two friends so it was a bit uncomfortable. A curtain from the outside or something like that would be nice. The bed was a bit too soft for me.

My trip to Frankfurt was awful (the train was cancelled), but guys on the reception desk did their best. They saw me tired and unhappy, so they asked me if I wanted to take a promoted room. I said yes! Moreover, it was on the top floor with no extra charge. Excellent! The breakfast was tasty and well-served. And the location is so convenient, it's just <10 from the town centre, I mean from the Old Opera, the most significant building in the city!

Well, actually nothing severe, but the bed in my room wasn't really big, I mean, it was enough for me cause I was alone, but if you're a couple it might be not so spacious. Btw I booked a room for one person, so maybe that's the reason.

Our room had a small kitchen that was very practical, it also had a coffee machine with free nespresso coffee.

the shower was too opened to the bathroom, it required a glass door to our taste.

The room amenities were great and without unnecessary wasteful packaging. The room also allowed me to connect my phone to the speaker system and listen to music while I worked on morning emails.

The food options. The kitchen provided different menus for eggs which was lovely. The rest of the options were limited to 1 option of yoghurt, some bread and croissants and a small handful of cold meats.

The hotel is perfect: modern, great decoration, kind staff, good quality furniture and bed clothes. Also the location is a great asset: we were able to walk from the main train station to the hotel in 17 minutes, and also a similar time to get to the old town and most popular attractions. I had read other comments about the big windows and that people can see everything from outside, but honestly they have great rolling curtains and also blackout curtains, so if you want to be around your room naked, just use the curtains 😂. Another negative comment was the sliding doors on the bathroom and glass wall on the shower: a) put some music/turn on the TV, b) not really a problem for us since we are a couple I would definitely come back, it covers the most important points when you are traveling, and the "down sides" are really simple to sort out.

Honestly nothing, everything worked as we expected.

The hotel is SO nice, it has a very new fresh and modern vibe. The room itself was a great size, I was traveling with my fiancé and infant and we had more than enough room. The playpen they set up for my toddler was so cute even came with its own pillow and duvet. The shower is amazing, and the window with the view is so nice! There is also a fridge, plates, bowls, cups and silverware so we were able to buy groceries and make sandwiches and hav some snacks. The restaurant that is connected to the hotel is also amazing! You HAVE to go for dinner or lunch while you’re there it was hands down our best meal of the trip. a tourist wise it is about a 20 minute walk from all the museums and the old town square but it wasn’t too hot outside so the walk was a nice walk. I would stay here again the location is great and everything attached to and surrounding the hotel is phenomenal.

Because I was travelling for business and private reasons, i had two different bookings. The nice lady at the reception was so nice she made it for me possible to stay during the whole stay in the same room. Question were answered very politly and the best way possible. I like the style of the room with the furniture and the big window.

No slippers in the bathroom that can be used. (Not really a complaint but more of a recommandation)
