The hotel is perfect for a short stay. Rooms are nice. Location is great, only 15’ walking to the center. It has a parking garage for €15 euros per day/night and breakfast is a dream (you can choose to include it or not, for €16 extra), otherwise there is a bakery/coffee in front of the hotel that has great coffee and pastry/sandwiches. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Our experience was great and would choose it again!

The bedroom is too warm and it’s because the heating is central. We simply opened the window and let the fresh air in :) Other downsize is that the bed is smaller than the average hotels so we felt a bit tighter :( as a solution we used the couch that turns into an extra bed ;)

Slightly better hotel than its UK counterparts in a modern building on the edge of the central area. There is a small underground car park which tends to fill up by the end of the day and you may not find a place if you arrive very late in the evening. Modern design and pleasent bar and breakfast area. Double room was huge and even had a small seating area with table. Tea and coffee are provided in the room. Large bathroom with powerful shower. A 10 minute walk to the old town. Excellent choice for a short visit to the town.

Very clean and comfortable. They even had different types of sheets and pillows to change your bed into if you had different preferences. Delicious breakfast. Excellent soundproofing. We stayed in a room right next to the train tracks and we could not hear the trains at all, even when we saw them pass by. Good location for overnight rest on long drive.

The rooms was too warm, 22°C (and outside it was 15°C so this strong heating was not nessecary). The underground parking costs 15 eur, which is a bit too pricy. Also, the vehicale height limit is 2.1m so it is not suitable for all cars.

The hotel is new, modern and easy to reach from the station and from the city. The bathroom was clean and the room comfortable, but a bit on the smaller size. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. We appreciated the happy hours in the evening (17 to 19 hrs) and the lobby was a nice place to hang out with a drink.

The breakfast room was a bit crowded in the morning but maybe this depends on the season or specific events.

Great location close to a river walk into town. Freiburg with it's odd gully's by the roadside and studenty restaurants was very pleasant to wander around. Parking was underground although there was a charge. Buffet breakfast was very good with cooked and cold options on offer. There was a happy hour offer running when we stayed which was particularly well used by us. Apparently more bikes than cars and when you get to the town that is quite believable.

Everything was great, clean, comfortable, warm. The staff was helpful (we needed information about traveling to Colmar) and took care of our luggage before and after our stay. The location is great too, and we didn't hear any noise from the street or nearby rooms. On top of everything, the price was super low, even though it was two days before Christmas. All in all, a perfect stay!

Night shift manager/ senior is not at all friendly and does not care about customer service. They confirm opening hours of the bar til 7am, but we could not get a drink at 12:30 am even though we asked about that just 20 minutes before. No explanation why the bar has to be closed

The facilities are modern and new. The shower was a good size. Plenty of power points in the room. Colours are quite trendy.

The lifts were a pain. We had friends on another floor and could not visit them. We kept getting stuck in the lift. They couldn't come to see us either. I know you can't go to other rooms for security reasons, but it was annoying.

Very good breakfast, bit disappointed about the scrambled eggs though. They tasted artificial. Everything else was really good as always!

Receptionarea is always quite stuffy with perfume of some kind, this really is not pleasant at all. It's overwhelming and one always draws an extra breath of fresh air when stepping outside.

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable

The only thing really disturbing is NO possibility to communicate with the hotel: they didn’t respond to any message, and I booked some weeks in advance.. and the phone number is automatic responder and it’s impossible to get through and talk to reception. Only for this I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
