From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew my stay at this hotel was going to be special. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was a delightful surprise. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.

The room was nice but quite warm. The pillows were terrible. I know down is tradition in Germany, but they were so flat they were useless.

The lobby of this hotel is very modern, and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are older, but clean and very nice. The view...the view is spectacular! The fourth wall is a glass window that opens up to an amazing view of the Wank Mountain! You can just open the curtain, lay in bed and enjoy the amazing view or go out on the balcony and listen to the mountain stream trickle by. It's just a two minute or less walk from the train station with lots of restaurants in the vicinity. There is a nude spa as well...didn't have time to try that, but if you have time, it is probably a bonus.

The rooms are older than the recently renovated reception area...so its a little deceiving, but the rooms are fine, and the view is spectacular.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the Olympic Ice Rink where I spent most of my weekend. Easy to access the main streets downtown where all the shopping locations were at.

When I was at the bar, it seemed the bartender was going back and forth between the bar and the dining room. It may have just been at the time where it was slower in patrons, but it can help to have maybe scheduling someone else to go back a forth between the dining room and the bar to help lessoning the wait time for products.

The hotel is modern, fresh, and the rooms are functional size, clean, with lovely views of the mountains. WiFi is very good. Bathrooms have both shower and bath, which is good. Road can be noisy if have windows open. The Breakfast was excellent, really good range, and the restaurant team were very friendly. Had a few drinks in the bar after a night out and the bar man was very friendly and struck up a good conversation. The hotel is a few minutes out of the old town area, but don't let this put you off as our other friends stayed in the old town and the price was the same but the facilities were nowhere near as good so they moved to our hotel for the 2nd night. And it really is only a very short walk. You do have to pay City tax when you check out, which I think was only 3 Euros per person so not bad. Would definitely stay here again.

My one suggestion for the front desk team is they should provide a service to phone a restaurant and book a table for you. As international guests, our German is terrible, so it is always nice when a local person can both recommend a restaurant and book it for you. They did book taxis for us no issues and asked how the restaurant was so that they could recommend to other guests.

Modern, good hotel run to a high standard with very good breakfast. Rooms large with excellent shower and bathroom. Parking for our motorcycles was in a secure underground car park. The hotel exceeded our needs as motorcyclists but it was one of the more expensive nights.

Location a bit off the centre , we ended up taking a taxi for dinner as the in house restaurant was a bit formal and not representative of the local scene plus seemed very quiet. Taxi arrived very quickly and he picked us up afterwards, very efficient and easy.

We really liked to location... only 3 minutes to the train station, about 5 to the center, with lots of nice stores, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is nice with some remodeled modern areas. Loved the spacious sauna and gym. The room was small, but functional- new windows- no noise from outside and an amazing view to the mountains!

The hotel is wonderfully decorated with a cozy ambience, particularly suited to our Christmas break. It is exceptionally clean. The staff were always professional,helpful and friendly. The food was delicious. We had booked half board and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cuisine. We loved the convenience of the location. A ten minute walk to the town centre filled with lovely shops and restaurants. A five minute walk to the train station where we took the Cogwheel Train to the Zugspitze summit. The beds were incredibly comfortable too.

Stayed in this hotel cause I got a nice deal and it was sooo worth it! Amazing breakfast, nice spa area and the common spaces are cool and modern. My room was clean and comfortable; there was a bathtub, mountain view and coffee maker = perfect! Breakfast and check-out until 11 on weekends, super friendly staff. Vielen dank! 😊

Steamroom in the spa was out of use. No free parking. Thin walls, got woken up by the cleaning lady hoovering the room next to mine rageously before 9.

Everything within expectations.

Poor bicycle cabinet, no locker or any other form of proper access control. Not acceptable for expensive bikes. To clean and unpersonal environment. Technically totally fine but so unpersonal. Dining room very load, architecture has flaws and no measures taken to reduce noise levels, i. e. proper ceiling. At a total expected price of 230, which is a lot, there should not be anything left to complain.
