The staff was beyond amazing. I never felt so welcoming 🙏 ☺️ 🤗 only for the stuff i would give a 10! They had and souna that i , unfortunately, didn't have much time to enjoy, but still, I made my round :) I was with my cats, who they welcomed as well very nice :) The airport is 15min by car & 30 by public transport. Taxi is 25€ to the airport:)

The only thing i found strange is the bathroom. There was only 1 wall of glass & no curtain at the other side and the water was going out .

We used the taxi service and found that we got "long hauled" for the trip from the airport. I know this because it cost us 30.00 dollars to get to the hotel by cab and only 16 to return to the airport. Not knowing the distance and the approx cost, it easy for taxi drivers to take the long way to boost the meter readings and take advantage of foreigners.

Room was very nice, large, and comfortable. Nice, modern hotel, and informative and helpful staff. For the room, I'd love to stay here again. A VERY good for business stay at the local business park, but not the best for commuters/vacation travel into/out of Munich airport.

Location was farther from airport than expected, and taxi to airport the next morning was 27 Euros (not counting tip). Also, be aware that the directions given (online at their website) for bus stops may work on the weekdays, but NOT on weekends. The non-workday bus routes are different, and you must get off at the last loop stop and walk 450m or so--the directions that include the 45m walking from the Isar-Buro-Park-Sud stop, that bus does not run that route on the weekend.

The hotel is located just 10 minutes from the airport (25 euros by taxi). It’s modern, beautiful, and has attentive, friendly staff. The rooms are clean, cozy, and offer excellent soundproofing. The breakfast is exceptional and offers a wide variety of options. What truly impressed us was the attention to detail — for instance, the omelet was served on a warm plate! Freshly squeezed juice and delicious, high-quality coffee (a rarity for hotel breakfasts) were also highlights. Everything was incredibly tasty and varied. Highly recommended!

I really liked staying at this hotel as it was extremely quiet, comfortable and within easy acess to the airport. I just had to take a train and then a bus ride. It is also near an outstanding pizza restaurant. The hotel staff are friendly, kind and helpful. I went to bury my brother and they were highly empathetic and gave me a hug. This made me feel much better. This is a great place to stay if you have a layover in Munich.

It was hard for me to know how to operate the machines at the airport to buy the train and bus ticket.

Delicious breakfast with many options and great coffee. Staff were extremely helpful and kind, figured out what train ticket I needed and the best route for my journey. Helped me save 30 euros for a taxi. Thank you so much.

Arriving late from the airport there was only one travel option, a 10 minute taxi ride which cost 32 euros. This is no fault of the hotel but please be aware because it needs to be in your budget.

The hotel was a very good surprised. Apparently recent premised, the interiors are amazingly designed, super clean. The room was quite comfortable and stylish. All the details are well though. The bathroom is quite spacious. The breakfast has good enough variety. Good place to sleep for a night between flights.

It is an airport hotel, so not much to see around. Would not use it if the plan is to visit the city. The airport is 10-15mins by car from the airport. Consider the taxi fares added to your total cost. In my case I spent around 25eur each way.

Good Hotel, clean room and good breakfast

I was a victim of fraud through Booking where they asked me to validate the credit card and it was directed to an official message from the Hotel. It turned out to be a phishing scam that was impossible to detect. The Hotel said to me that has not taken responsibility for this. I access to the link against my will, thinking that was a official message from the Hotel. It was impossible to detect and the Hotel didn´t advice to me about this kind of fraudulent activities. Still is under investigation for my Bank and the Spanish Authorities.

Friendly and helpful staff.

On weekends and in the evenings, the location is very difficult to get to. The local bus drivers are unhelpful and often don’t even speak german. A friendly local helped me to find the hotel and the appropriate bus stop. The map and description on the hotels website is misleading to say the least, since the mentioned bus stop is not being serviced on weekends and in the evenings. I will NOT pick that hotel a second time due to its location.

The comfort of the room and location. The food was excellent. The staff was so kind, spoke great English, and helped with an error on the room. Great for families. The sofa couch was comfortable and that’s not common anywhere. The room felt clean, and spacious. The price was accurate with the room. Excellent shower. Loved the layout and windows. Small details everywhere and we loved it. Even with the small critiques, we can say this was the most comfortable hotel with the beds and layout of the room.

The parking. Price seemed a little high for 1 night. It didn’t feel very secured for the price. The smoke area was right by entrance, smelled too much like smoke. The online site didn’t specify the second bed was a sofa couch. Although, still very comfortable, would have preferred 2 beds. Didn’t like that I couldn’t cool the room down below 18°C. It was incredibly hot. Opening the windows helped but our family prefers the cold.
