It’s super close to the airport and perfect if you have to catch about early flight. Rooms are basic but clean and comfy. Hotel lobby is spacious and nice.

It wasn’t clear to me that the shuttle is not included in the price. Would be nice to mention that. Also, it only runs until 10.30am and then again from 5pm which is a bit inconvenient if you have a flight during that time.

Great hotel for short stay. We were there for two nights. Friendly staff, easy check in and out. Warm clean rooms, very peaceful all night. God location near München Airport, stores, highway and petrol station. Big parking, breakfast and wending machines with drinks and snacks.

Slippers in room would be nice and parking is not free for guests, 12 Eur a day. But this is sadly normal today by all hotels near airports.

The location was very convenient, as I had an early flight. The shuttle made it easy to get to the airport without any hassle. Reception was very kind and always happy to help, I needed to print a document and they did it without a problem. The very reasonable price made it excellent value for money. I will definitely come back next time I have another flight.

Perhaps the design of the room I would change, something less bright pink. I’d probably also recommend having a phone in the room, for any communication needed with reception. Besides that everything was great.

Staff is very friendly, and the check-in and check-out process is easy (self check-in/out option available). The hotel has a very modern style. The solution for luggage storage under the bed is interesting. It’s very close to the airport and easily accessible by public transport. It also offers an airport shuttle bus. The breakfast is tasty with a wide variety of options for every guest. An excellent choice for a stay between flights or a short city visit.

The airport shuttle does not run all day. The last morning shuttle is at 10 AM, and it resumes in the afternoon. I have no other complaints.

Last minute hotel needed near the airport. Rooms were fine.

It doesn't say it on the site, or not easy to find that there is a 10 euro fee both ways to get to the hotel on their hotel shuttle. It was confusing as to how often the bus went from the airport to the hotel. Spot 5-6 outside terminal 1. We never got the bus as there were 3 of us so took a taxi instead of waiting. The breakfast is beautiful but not included in the price of the hotel. Factor all that in with the price of the hotel. We got in too late to look at other food options. They have pizza at this hotel not sure of the prices.

Clean beds and bathroom, very friendly staff at reception, quiet room, soft bed, what else is there, ah yes hot water in the shower, perfect.

I missed the shuttle to the hotel and waited over 1 hour for the next one only to discover there wasn't one, the times and cut offs for the shuttle service were not well posted, not the hotels fault, but could be revised to be posted. I could not call the hotel directly to ask questions, the service for phone was not available after hours.

I think its one of the best hotels in the region for the price, also parking is super convenient. we have stayed here a few times just because it's so easy to get to the airport. Everything works, and most things are automated so its pretty good when you are not on holiday but rather in the area for work or business. it doesn't have anything fancy but again for the price what more could you ask for.

They are understaffed, and while most things are automated If/When you do need something it can take a while. We have stayed here a few time and this time when we checked in there was 1 guy ...... and he was the bartender, the chef, the waiter, the receptionist and the help desk. took us almost 30 minutes to check in because of the queue. I can't imagine he's having the time of his life either.

The hotel is very easy to reach by public transportation and perfect for early flights with the shuttle bus that stops right in front of the hotel. The room is very clean, modern and large enough to open a suitcase. It is also very quiet despite the closeness to the airport. Considering the reasonable price, I think what the hotel offers is more than fair. The receptionist who helped me check in was also very friendly and efficient. He gave me all the information I needed to make my trip easy. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again.

Hotel was very good value for money, it was clean and comfortable.

We asked for information regarding travelling in to Munich Square, and how to get to the Arena. We were told by 2 members of staff that the only way we could do it, was in a taxi which cost me 100 euros. Nobody told us about the free shuttle which we could have got back to the airport, where we could then get an open train ticket for 16 euros. Also it should be advertised that the hotel is a 10minute drive from the airport which costs 25euros in a taxi.
