It is very lovely to be there in such a beautiful hotel! It is very nicely made, includes a spa area and a few entertaining options such as a billiard and an in-house restaurant. The location is very easy to reach and the Ottensen neighbourhood offers a vibrant atmosphere.

One thing that cause us a discomfort was the bar offering of cocktails which of course started at a price point of €12 and included primarily big pieces of ice. Not that I would expect a gimlet in a milk shake size of a cup, but the icebergs in out glasses were both, way to expensive and very inconveniently in the way of drink consumption.

The hotel is easily reachable by car and public transport (which you should use to get around Hamburg). The rooms are spacious and look lovely. There is no obvious wear and tear and the bathroom and shower were just as spacious as the room. The bed was very comfortable and big. The hotel staff were all friendly. The bar has a really good selection and the female bartender knows her stuff. Scotch is served correctly with water and chocolate.

There is nothing to note here. The only gripe would be with the public transport and how you can pay for tickets (cash only, unless you find a Deutsche Bahn ticket machine). All other avenues require either a contract with the HVV or at the very least a SEPA bank account and an app. But this is nothing the hotel is responsible for.

There was a lot of free parking in front of the hotel Room was really spacious Bathroom was also very big The hotel was very clean

We missed an outdoor sitting location to read a book or chill The towels where of low quality Also the the blanket on the bed was not the best And you had 2 pillows but both of the same and very soft. Would have been great to have an other option

The hotel had a cool vibe. The rooms were very nice and modern and the bar and restaurant were also very good. The staff were also very helpful.

The location is a little out of the centre of Hamburg but it is the area we wanted to be in. There was plenty of public transport near by and the people on reception were happy to call a taxi for you.

Visually impressive. Good food. Friendly staff.

The rooms looked stunning but were actually not that comfortable. The shower control was not thermostatic, so the water temperature had to be constantly adjusted. The washbasin had no plug, so we had to wash or shave under a running tap. The ceilings are very high so it was hard to draw the curtains to the end of the track. Some curtain pull rods would have helped. Little things, but irritating.

The room we had was superb, spacey and comfortable. The Interiors really suited the whole layout of hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again when we come back in May.

Very strict Covid rules which we were not used to, coming from rule-free Sweden . Our Friends weren't allowed into the hotel as their 7ys old did not have a test although they get testes 3 days a week in school. That was disappointing but I guess those are the rules.

Beautiful room.

It was the only room in Hamburg during our stay in this price range that did not include breakfast. The desk person misinformed us that we could have 24 hr service. We waited until after dinner to ask for a cot when our friends husband fell I'll in a separate room. Then they informed us that housekeeping was closed at 8. When we asked for an extra blanket ( our friend had to sleep on our concrete floor) they declined.

The building is unique.. one of a kind!!!! It's an old Gas station and you see and feel the industrial vibe everywhere. Really stunning and the perfect flair for a visit to Hamburg. Just for this it is worth to come !!! The staff was super kind and very attentive, the rooms are spacious, and comfortable. Perfect for a business trip. The food in the restaurant is superb, as was the service and atmosphere in the the bar. Really a wonderful experience overall.

you can see that the rooms are some years old, it is all clean and well kept, but for example there are no power plugs near the bed, nor other recharging possibilities. you cannot open the windows for fresh air (rooms facing the atrium)

The room was very well laid out and of a good standard. The wet room was perfect for what I needed and there was plenty of wardrobe space for my clothes.

The pillows could have been firmer as they didn't offer much support for my head and neck and I felt the breakfast was quite expensive for what was on offer.

The hotel is even better than I expected - photos were nice but still didn’t do the justice for the building and rooms. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, really liked it. Free parking is a plus.

For people who drive, A7 is the worst to get into Hamburger or get out… huge traffic jam (sat in the car for 1 hour without moving) from construction. Highly recommend to go from east side of Hamburger (A1 or so) to cross the river.
