Lobby is spacious and modern with good natural light. Good place to work on laptop. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size with nice natural light and was on the side facing AWAY from the main street, which is quite busy. Relaxed checkout time of 12 pm, and the staff let my boyfriend store his luggage for the day, after checking out. Short walk to bus stops, Rewe and Elmsbutte (cute area with cafes and shops).

No carpet in room. No fridge or kettle in room. An ice machine in the building would be nice. No separate bathroom in our room (shower stall and sink are directly in the room, toilet in separate little room) but you can get used to it. Room was warm even though air conditioning was on. Location is so-so… about a 10-15 minute walk to nearest subway.

Very nice staff, who helped us when we had questions. The rooms were clean, comfortable and you had a lot of privacy. It was no issue if you arrived late. In general, a very good room for a small price.

Honestly the overall experience was really nice, so I don't have a lot of complaints. I only think the use of the parking spots was a bit confusing, because it wasn't clear whether you had to pay extra to use those spots and all of the signs were in German with a menacing image of a car being towed away. However, this is a very minor complaint and the staff helped us a lot in this regard.

It's a clean hotel with friendly staff and it's cheap. The hotel has parking spaces on the -2 underground level and it costs 5 Euros per day to park there. That was very convenient for us. The breakfast is good. In the lobby they have vending machines with hot and cold bevarages, snacks and other. I liked that. What I loved the most was that the hotel was booked almost entirely by people who came for the Metallica concerts at Volkparkstadion (just like ourselves). It was a very good metal weekend🤘 Thanks for having us.

Room was spacious enough. Shower was cleverly configured. All was clean. Location was great for our stay. You could obtain a drink from either the fridge (and pay the receptionist) or from the vending machine 24 hrs a day. Staff were extremely pleasant and spoke great English.

Found nothing negative of note.

Hotel was clean and with good room conditions.

Prices were a bit high and the breakfast could have been a little more diverse (but for the price of 10€ it is fair)

It's good that parking facilities are provided but the payment system and the multi-entry and exit function didn't work well. It is not Ibis Budget's fault I guess but it became quite inconvenient when the ticketing system didn't work as it should and we had to spend time sorting it all out for two days in a row!

I appreciate we could leave our luggage in their luggage room before the check in and after check out.

It hade everything you needed! For us it was great that we could check in by ourselves late in the night. we were traveling from Sweden so we were very tired and just needed to sleep and wake up early and drive again. It was easy to find it and easy to check in. we were very satisfied!

The isolation of the building was not so good but we did not have any issues with that. If someone used the bathroom then you could unfortunately hear everything. thats the worst thing about the hotel. Otherwise it was good.

Nice quiet hotel quite familiar with the ibis budget layout so knew what to expect. However the staff were excellent very friendly and welcoming, I also like the fact the doors had codes on them instead of having to use keys.

No kettle in the room tea and coffee making facilities would have been a benefit I was working from the room and had to keep going downstairs to buy coffee.

Staff were very helpful. Basic hotel room that is good for somewhere to sleep and shower and get out and about.

You shouldn’t have to pay for parking. Plus you needed cash for parking and we never carry cash these days so was annoying to have to get some and get coins.
