The hotel was comfortable and breakfast was really good with a large choice of food.

The size of the room. They don’t really have family rooms and it was a bit tight. Also, it was a bit noisy. It is 20mns away on foot from downtown. Not too bad, but maybe not the best choice if you want to be centrally located. And finally, the staff did not speak a good english and it was difficult to communicate. we could not book a parking lot and had to pay 22€ for the parking and they could not even guarantee that we could have a free slot if we had to take the car and come back. They advised to leave it in the garage. There should be available slots for guests when you pay 22€.

Centrally located to major attractions. Has a Sauna,Minibar,In room safe and housekeeping every alternate day. Restaurant staff Rey and Mo gave exceptional service and attention to detail no matter how busy the restaurant was.

I stayed with family for 10 days.. Had the same breakfast for 10 days Only 1 restaurant for dinner, no change of menu nor variations allowed.

The room was excellent, comfy, had enough room in both spaces. Breakfast was tasty and excellent. Location is perfect, it's 5 mins away from my business. Staff was helpful and friendly

My bed was squeaking. Breakfast area was very crowded and had to wait until a spot was freed up, and (older) people coming after me was rushing for the same freed spaces as well.

Location was good. Also breakfast was one of the better ones i had in hotels

Shower drain was blocked. However Manager raised to occasion and offered to change our room and provided free parking

Location (close to hammerbrook metro as well as a bus stop right outside the hotel). Room was big and spacious. Bed was comfortable (not too hard or soft)

Pillows were too soft. If you normally sleep with a medium to firm pillow you need to use 2-3 pillows to be able to sleep comfortably.

It was oh are really good but they can easily improve just bye doing something about the noice in the restaurant and some capacity planning, Just study where people are queueing up it is not that difficult

The capacity planning was, bad there was a lot of queueing up that could be avoided like coffee machine only accessible by the staff, pancake machine queueing up, Every time the staff party could just push the button then there was no problem. Noise reduction was extremely loud and it could be easily done something with not too expensive modern wooden panels at the end on the walls

Real quality hotel, the breakfast was great, especially the pancake machine. Very wide variety of foods for every taste. Room was big enough and very clean, stylish. We had a window to the backyard, it was very quiet and nice.

Nice modern hotel with easy parking in the basement. Family room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing buffet. Probably the best scrambled eggs I have ever had

A bit pricey but I think that is just general for Hamborg area.

not all employees (also in reception 🙈) speak English and therefore provided misleading information. Not sure what “minibar all in” in booking.com actually means - noone could explain.

nothing big, just some of the reception staff had more challenges speaking in the english, which takes a bit more time than expected to communicate
