The hotel is new and modern. The beds were very comfortable! We stayed 4 nights and the room was cleaned almost every day. There is option to skip cleaning and you receive a voucher for free drinks at the lobby bar. Bathroom was nice. The location is very for tourists wanting to sightsee as there is very close train station Hammersbrook which takes you in the city center for a couple of minutes. In a walking distance there is also a Kaufland, Apotheke and another big station Berliner Tor for busses and trains with several lines. But . The price was very good

There was lots of dust in the room, don't if it was from the blankets and curtains or the A/C or most probably coming from outside as there was some construction going on in the street. This is the main issue in otherwise clean room. The room is also a bit too small but the price, location and quality makes up for it. The late check-in. The area around the hotel is not so nice, still 5-10 minutes and you are in the city center

Clean, nice accommodation worth its money. Good breakfast. 25 minutes walk to the central train station, 30 to the city center, 25 minutes train ride to the airport. Overall, nice exerience.

There's no kettle in the room, if you want some tea, you need to go downstairs to the receiption to get some hot water.

Location was perfect for reaching my workplace in 5 minutes of walk. Breakfast was quite good, automatic pancake machine was fun thing to try out. Rooms are minimalistic and clean. A free drink option instead of room cleaning is also quite a pleasant feature.

Was really missing some sort of a small fridge and also some sort of teapot which is a common thing at any other hotel. On breakfast after scraping out the last bits of scrambled egg, my friends had to wait for a refill for about 15 minutes

On the whole the property and staff were terrific. Bed was comfortable, bathroom nicely layed out and everything clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We also experienced none of the issues people previously mentioned here around breakfast i.e., foods were replenished continually, and we were easily able to find seating even on a day which was really busy and full. I take this to mean thst they read the feedback here and have worked to improve it.

For my own personal liking - our room was too warm for sleeping even with the heat turned off. It was leider zu laut (for my partner) to sleep with an open window. Also the pillows were all a tick too high.

Very clean, modern and cozy rooms with huge bathroom. Windows completely isolate trains sound from outside and gives you great view.

Fire alarm has woken up everyone at night so we went through emergency staircase to specific point outside. We stayed there for 10-15min and it turned out that the rest of the guests with all staff members were in the lobby due to minor or no fire at all. They just forgot us and it wasn't summer night. Poor communication in situations like this might lead to catastrophic results. Keep it up and we will come back - everything else was really good. Oh and cleaning personnel entering room around 8AM during our leaving day wasn't appropriate also. Breakfast option was way too expensive with this short variety of selection.

The hotel is new and we loved the style.

Could have been nice if the hotel offered dinner - just simple dishes or have a deal with some take away restaurants in the area.

The staff were so friendly, very easy to talk to. Everyone from reception to room service were so nice. The fun facts about Hamburg on the bathroom wall were so fun to read. The breakfast was very good too. The little games in the room was so cute. Also having a free drink voucher if you skip room service was a good catch! The close distance to a S-bahn station is always a good side too.

The room was a little bit cold to my liking but the staff informed me it was controlled from a central service and could not be changed. The next thing is not what I didn't like, it's an extra but I would like it more to have a water boiler and maybe tea packs in the room. Also, I felt like the shampoo/soap was a bit drying. But overall still had a very nice experience!

Loved the decor, location, and fact we could chromecast to the TV. Very clean. The staff were very accommodating when we had our flight cancelled and returned and needed a room. They found us one straight away!

I would’ve loved a small fridge in the room as we bought some local food to sample. Also could’ve done with a drawer or a little bit more storage. We only stayed a couple of nights so it was a non issue, but if we stayed longer it would’ve been nice.

Comfy bed, clean room, quiet, good shower, good value

A fridge in the room and a vending machine would have been great to have. For some reasons, my room key card no longer worked 30 minutes before my checkout time; even though this was fixed by the staff immediately, it was kind of annoying

The new clean hotel, has online check-in terminals and it is very comfortable. There is a nice beautiful hall (I saw separated zone with a big table for working), friendly reception. Hotel is located closely to the main train station (10 minutes on feet). The room is small, but very cozy. A funny note: there are some travel recommendations with its locations on the wall in a bathroom)))) so you already have something to read there))

The washbasin had bad drain down. The view around the hotel is not so good (next to railway bridges). There are no restaurants or cafes near the hotel, but you can order something in the hall (take note that the hotel may not have food in the evening). Rooms have no slippers and robes.
