I really liked the room and very much appreciated having a bath! The whole room was extremely spacious, and it was great having a kettle, microwave and fridge as well. Very comfortable bed! It’s very convenient for the train station (which is why I chose it) and also the bus station is right outside, plus local buses. The staff are friendly, and were very quick to fetch a remote for the tv for me as there wasn’t one in the room. There is an enormous shopping centre fifty metres away - just turn left out of the hotel.

The microwave could do with a clean😬Also, and this is not anything that the hotel can do about, but the walk from the station is not pleasant as there are many insalubrious characters around! I wouldn’t want to do that walk at night.

Only stayed one night (with my family) to break up a long journey. Everything was OK! I would stay here again. For a family of 4, we had plenty of comfy bed space. Staff were all nice, the breakfast selection was good, we slept well and it was quiet -- even though the central bus station is nearby. Being the backside of Hannover train station, it is not the most scenic spot, but the hotel's block is fine, and Lister Meile is just around the corner. Great for transit of course, as busses, trams, trains and everything are right there.

Some things in the room are getting a bit worn. Both chairs in the room had stains on them, and to be honest I am not a big fan of these plastic submarine 'capsule' style bathrooms common in hotels these days. But it was all clean and worked fine. ;)

It is right in front of the Hauptbahnhof. Mind you, Hannover Hauptbahnhof is like a shopping mall, with a lot of entrances. If you are able to locate VW tower from the Bahnhof, just go in that direction, and Novotel Suites is right next to it. The room is comfy and spacious with a shower and a bathtub, TV, complementary tea and coffee, microwave oven, etc. The check-in and out processes are smooth.

The location was superb; right at the heart of the city centre with all the shops close by. property was very quiet even though it was at the city centre. The level of privacy was really good. Room was very spacious for us as a family of 3 and really clean.

The mini fridge wasn’t working. We were offered another room but we declined as we had already unpacked and were only staying for 4 nights. They offered to preserve our food at their fridge at the reception.

We had a spacious room with a bathtub, a little kitchen area, a toilet and a tv. The window blinds were pretty awesome because you could actually darken the entire room pretty well. The bathtub was awesome and the room was pretty clean except some weird spots on the carpet.

One of our two key cards didn't work and even the one that did work only did so under certain circumstances. The carpet in the room and especially outside near the elevator was minging. Other than that the hotel was great.

Perfect location, close to the city centre and a train station, fantastic and very friendly staff. As always in Novotel hotels delicious breakfast, with plenty of food and great service.

I can say our room was little bit to much worn I can say, furniture was in a bad state, same as walls and all the things we had in the room was bit like overuse if you know what I mean.

The hotel is less than 200 m from the station. The room was comfortably big for our family of four people. A special bonus was both a shower and a bath in the room!

The facilities seem to be made from a material similar to plastic or smth like this - it is definitely not wood and it can be felt, if staying at the room for longer time.

The room was very spacious. It was extremely useful to have a microwave in the room, even though we didn't use much of it. The room was very quiet even though it was facing the main road. The bed was great as it does not disturb the person right next to you even if you get up and down during the night.

The sofa bed in the room didn't come with a mattress, fortunately the room came with a good bed.

The room was big and beautiful. Shower area and bathtub were separate. It had big windows and good lighting. Most importantly Hotel staff was very courteous, polite and helpful which matters most to foreigners not speaking the language. Bonus point was that it was 2 mins walking from Kropke, the main city center and central railway station.

Good and central location close to the main train station and loads of shopping facilities and even a supermarket. Parking next to the hotel for 6€ a day. Good and spacious rooms with nice bathroom facilities. There's even a bath tube and also a shower. The beds and pillows are super comfy an d the room is very clean. Breakfasts buffet has many options.
