Of the 3 hotels we stayed in on this trip the Plaza was the best by far and also the cheapest by a long way (this may be because the other 2 were Euro24 venues). Fantastic location 2 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof, very modern, very clean. Probably one of the best showers in a hotel I've ever had! Liked the Green policy of offering a free drink or charity donation if you decide to reuse your towels. We donated ours to local children's hospice, a great initiative. Staff were friendly and professional and always available.

Bathroom was a little tight for space but walk in shower with powerful spray and consistent temperature made up for this.

The room was big and comfortable. The shower was perfect because the water temperature was very hot and the water pressure was high. The breakfast was very diverse and had many choices. Although there was no water boiler in the room, we can ask for it at front desk. The reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping are all very friendly. The restaurant staff have been cleaning the food area and collecting the dishes after the guests have used them immediately.

There is nothing no to complain.

You should be aware this hotel charges names last week. Some websites showed it was permanently closed! I call the hotel as I was arriving into the town but unable to reach anyone at the hotel! Only after I used google map was I able to locate the hotel ( renamed ) Yes our booking ( pre paid) was still void for the new hotel! The hotel phone number has also changed.

I was allocated a single room but on request was moved to a double room, The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff were also very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the railway station, Very good value for money.

prime location next to Hannover Hauptbahnhof.where you will find plenty of food options . Huge Kaufland 3 minutes walk away. Friendly front desk staff. value for money was excellent in ny case, but it was not a busy day so occupancy was low. It's an older property but well maintained.

no AC. And the windows can only be tilted. Not good . I would rather avoid this place during hot summer months. Luckily when I stayed, it wasn't a very hot day

A clean and comfortable room, easily accessible by lift, and an ideal location near to the central Hannover train station. There is breakfast available, a wide choice of foods, and a bar in the lobby for hot and cold drinks though no evening restaurant meal. We found lots of restaurants nearby so we were quite happy to explore.

The only thing is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but not really an issue.

Location is perfect and super convenient for traveling by train. Although the hotel is old, it is well maintained and clean. Room is spacious. We got a room facing inner side so very quiet. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. Totally worth the money.

The reception is open 24 hours a day so you can literally check in at any time of the day. The location is also right in front of the train station. They serve free breakfast from 6:30 to 10:30 on the second floor. The room was very spacious and had everything I needed and more. It even had a desk to study on and a TV! The bathroom was very clean and convenient. And the beds were very comfortable. I recommend 👌🏼

The location was conveniently near the central train station, old town and everything in the walking distance. Room was simple yet comfortable and had everything I needed. Service was super friendly and warm. Breakfast was lovely, and there are plenty of options around for the people who fancy something outside the hotel.

It was conveniently located near the railway station and as we were arriving and leaving by train this was great for us. The price was reasonable, the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

A lot of drunks, druggies and homeless people hanging around the area. There was no kettle and as we’re tea drinkers this was disappointing.
