The room was very spacious, clean, and well-ventilated. The breakfast was exceptional, with lots of variety and good quality. The reception, catering, and cleaning staff were all welcoming, helpful, and genuinely nice. Overall, it was a very good experience. If I come back to Karlsruhe, I will definitely stay here again. A big thank you to the receptionist who worked on Saturday morning! He helped me check out at 7.30am, even though he was not starting until 8am. Additionally, he assisted me in ordering a taxi as the Uber app was not working there.

The room decor seemed a bit outdated with woodchip wallpaper, but it didn't affect my experience. However, the room was neutral, bright, and pleasant. It's still a 3-star hotel, but overall, a very good one.

My second time here, in the same room (as I had requested), and as excellent as before as an overnight hotel. Clear check-in instructions, beautifully clean room, small fridge, good shower and great breakfast. What's not to like?!

I was really surprised to have someone knock on my door in the morning and ask to come in to look for something that a previous guest had left! As I was not even fully dressed, and also because I didn't believe it was genuine, I delayed and checked. It turned out to be a genuine staff l request, but, as I explained, had I found anything in the room I would have reported it anyway the night before. That said, this strange episode was not enough to put me off this otherwise excellent hotel, though I would suggest that it was perhaps a bit inappropriate.

I usually stay in apartments rather than hotels, but one night here in a hotel suited me and so I chose the "Elite" as I have visited Karlsruhe before and wanted to stay on a quiet street not far from station or town centre. It exceeded all my expectations. The entry system worked well, despite no staff after midday, and my room was excellent - very clean, good shower, everything I needed, including a little fridge containing a complimentary bottle of coke/water/beer. No night-time disturbance or noises outside. The buffet breakfast was excellent quality with a lot of choice and the staff members I met were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly have no hesitation booking here again.

A spotless clean hotel not far away from the train station in a quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast was superb with a great variety of vegetables, fruit, cheese, homemade mushroom omelette etc. For the price, it was the best value I had in this part of Germany for a long time. There was even a small fridge in the room with beer, soda and water for free!

Actually. everything was perfect. Maybe I overlooked it when booking, but there should be a more obvious sentence that the reception is closed after 12 and you need a pin code to get your key. It worked fine for me, but I had to check my emails when I arrived.

Basically everything. Walking distance to the tram as well as to the main Central Station. Breakfast was good. Personnel were very accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Two good shops within walking distance. Quiet residential area. A restaurant was 2 minutes walk. One evening we ran out of snacks, and we were able to help ourselves to different candies which the hotel offers guests free in jars next to reception. Was much appreciated. Complimentary drinks were in the fridge, on arrival, in our room as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Rooms need to be aired out, residue also builds up quickly around the panes. Toilet needs more pressure to flush.

Many little things were available free of charge or a an additional cost to make the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast was great! It was hot and a fan had already been provided in the room to help with that. Arrival worked great with the key boy.

It is weird to stay at a hotel and not get to see anybody working there until the morning. Just something I need to get used to. Would be nice to get some details before arrival about amenities available in the hotel as well surrounding area.

It was just a short trip to Karlsruhe and I didn't expect too much from this hotel due to its extra low price among other competitors. I was so wrong. This hotel was really well maintained and managed in a way that fulfill the requirement of digitalization and automation. The room was huge and extremely quiet thanks to its location in a residential area. The bed was on average, meaning that it has certain support but not maximum. The biggest Wow I had was the breakfast. Although the dining room was not huge, but the food they served was really nice. The variety was great, and they served several warm dishes like fried eggs, meatballs, sausages, bacon, and more. Such food sometimes you don't even see in hotels charging you 15 Euro just for breakfast. Besides, the staff was very friendly and responsive. I asked for soy milk for coffee, although they didn't have it, they offer oat milk to me as an alternative, which was also acceptable for me. To sum up, it's a great hotel with such low price. I wish they have a sustainable business and I will stay here again if I come to Karlsruhe. p.s. the drinks in the fridge in the room was for free, that's incredible and I really felt welcome.

The shower has only the curtain to block the water. This is definitely something to improve. Other than that, everything is good.

The Hotel is a very good value for money option. It is a nice hotel, that is clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also we received some vomplimantery drinks when we arrived, which is very nice, you can't find that in some hotels that are much more expensive then this one. I find that very welcoming. Also what I like is that it is not forcing on you to leave a deposite, like every other hotel in which I stayed.

With the parking, it is a little bit challenging, But manageable.

The hotel was clean and had all we needed for our stay. It was close to the train station as we arrived By train. It is a little bit of a walk to the main area but quite safe. Breakfast was great and more than expected.

Even though the hotel helped with having fans airconditioning would have been and made this stay probably a 10. I know they are having our of the ordinary heat ATM but the room was like an oven. Walking into he hallway gave better relief than the room did even with the fan.

Nice clean acommodation, we were here for one night sleep returning from France and it was sufficient. Very nice surprise was breakfast which was amazing and very various. Definitely worth for price.

I can’t review location as we didn’t go anywhere but it didn’t seem to be too far away from the city centre. Minus was that our room was facing inner courtyard which was noisy and you had to keep shades down all the time if you didn’t want to have people from the other building looking into your room:)
