We booked this hotel for our wedding party. My husband and I had one room, my parents another, and my sister had a single room. We were all on the same floor, which was something we requested and they accommodated. We had the breakfast included, which was a nice continental style, but you could also request things like Weißwurst or other hot items. I think the breakfast was worth it if you aren't looking to try places in Karlsruhe out. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was great, barrier-free shower. I really liked everything about the room. There was on-site parking for a fee, though it was limited and I don't think you'd get parking nearby if it were full. The hotel is very accessible to public transit, so we parked the car and didn't move it while we were in town.

It was a little awkward having to get our bags and everything from the underground parking that was across the street in a different building, but I don't think there's anything to be done about this. It would have been perfectly convenient if we'd been housed in the same building as the reception (the hotel has two separate buildings, one where the reception is and the other cross the street).

The hotel is located on a very good place - not in the noisy city center, but only about 300m from it. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, the breakfast was very good for the price. The parking garage is also very practical, because I don't think it is very easy to find parking placed in the neighborhood.

The hotel is quite close to a main road, therefore can be noisy during the night. It is unfortunate that the parking garage is not free of charge, but it isn't a big issue

I was given a very clean and spacious room. Nice bathroom with shower. Close to the commercial centre of Karlsruhe, but nicely located to get out by car. Internal parking at a very reasonable price. Breakfast very good and at competitive price.

Parking is not so big(both number of places and individual size), I guess that it may happen that someone had to use external ones. It seems to me that a garage parking is very close to the hotel. No kettle in the room, but coffe machine.

The room was spacious, felt very fresh and nice. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was a very good deal; great choices, quality, for a very good price too. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the tram that took us to the Messe Centre within 15 minutes, while also being quite central and within walking distance of anything we needed. The staff was always friendly and happy, and was helpful when we needed assistance. It will definitely be my first choice next time.

2 of my coworkers were in the main building and said there was some water pipe sounds that bothered them during the night, though they said they slept better the following ones.

I liked the vast breakfast. I liked the convenient parking. I liked the the convenient location.

I didn't like the rather limited checkout times (especially considering that the city is 1 hour out from the closest international airport). Fortunately the hotel was accommodating and were able to help me at my early check-out. I just needed to coordinate this ahead of time.

Great location and friendly staff. Parking available. Rooms clean and comfortable. Would have been perfect with air conditioning. Great breakfast where again the staff were very helpful.

Rooms would benefit from air conditioning although this is only a small detail. They did have some kind of air ventilation system but it was still a bit warm at night

Amazing breakfast with extra homemade stuff (carrot cake, roast beef, salmon), really nice newly furnished rooms. Well-stocked minibar. But most of all two things that stand out: 1) Amazing staff, the receptionist was extremely nice, helpful, and professional. The breakfast staff is also nice and helpful, they get you fresh coffee and scrambled eggs per request. 2) Amazing mattress, very firm and very good quality. You may not like it if you like really soft mattresses, but for me it was one of the best I've ever tried sleeping on.

The lifts are very slow. The garage entrance is a little bit awkward (same one-way access used for entrance and exit, with a traffic light regulating who goes in, who goes out), but it's workable.

Exceptional lovely team everywhere. Cozy beds. Perfect Wifi and perfect breakfast.

We drove OUT of the parking lot on the green and almost crashed into a car that drove INTO the parking lot! probably also on the green. There is only one road to enter and exit the underground parking. Please control the light and instal the mirror at the turn of the road. Parking fee 10 euro per day (just for info).

Breakfast was excellent; the bed was very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful; the location is good as it's close to the City centre and well reachable by public transport

a proper curtain - the one that was there always got in the way when opening/closing the window and balcony door and it didn't help to darken the room at night

Everything was great. Check in went fast and correct. The business room was very nice, clean and quiet. Good for business people as we need to rest after fair days. Garage was also very convnient. Walking distance to the city center and restaurants.

The bar was weak at this hotel but was not important for me. This could be improved at Rio hotel. Otherwise all very good !
