Very helpful and professional personnel. Everything was in order, despite the many customers. The restaurant food was delicious, the cook has good understanding of nuanced tastes (though should go easier on the salt). Clean, comfortable room and clean hotel generally. Close to Wilhelmshöhe and grounds.

The desk filled too much space for the room size - if one sits at desk, the other has to climb over the bed to get to the other side. Perhaps a smaller, narrower, or possibly corner desk/ better use of furnishings in relationship to room size?

Great staff members! We forgot our mobile phone in the room and we did not notice until we arrived home, we called front office, they told us they already found it and try to send it to us. We got it after one day from DHL, and well packed. Many thanks to helping us. The locations, facilities, restaurant and biergarten are all great, it was very comfortable to stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location, near tram stop into Kassel and lovely walks on the doorstep. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods, all were excellent especially the omelette made to order. Room service meals were great after a busy day out. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and lovely spa facilities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel very well looked after, comfortable and clean. Same for the rooms. The bed was very comfortable. And the Spa was great with lots of places to sit, lie and relax. The food and drinks in the restaurant were excellent. And the nearby park and walks were excellent, too. All in all a great experience and I'd always come back.

Hotel location is beautiful, high above the city and next door to the palace. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable- and robes for bathing were really nice.

It would be good to have bigger towels. Parking was quite expensive but on the other hand I could drive in and out several times so this was good.

The very comfortable extra bed for our little girl made this a perfect family accommodation. The hotel was very comfortable and full of thoughtful details. The location is fantastic.

We love the location, the quiet rooms over the natural pool, the outside sitting area. Really nice place - we come about twice a year.

The food is nothing special. The service is incredibly slow - so bad that we are looking for somewhere else to eat. The reception is also rather unwelcoming, unfriendly and inefficient (except for one guy this time who was very helpful, friendly and efficient). These are things that we write about every time - but no improvement. i think the organisation must be bad.

The location is really excellent. I will come back for some walking.

The breakfast buffet was good except for one thing I consider standard. There were no juices. Orange juice, fresh admittedly, was available for 4.80 Euro per 200 ml.

The hotel is perfectly located just in front of the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. The room was spacious enough. Excellent breakfast buffet. The restaurant is also fine. We tried truffle pasta and schnitzel, and both were really good. Friendly staff.

More cakes and pastries for breakfast would be nice.

We had 6 rooms for 6 old ladies, and they fit us in perfectly among business travelers and conference participants. They gave special attention to dietary wishes and seating arrangements at mealtimes. Corona rules were strictly enforced, but in such a friendly way that we hardly noticed them. THANK YOU!
