Location and staff were excellent. I appreciated their helpfulness in finding me what I needed - a quicker meal than they could provide - and a coffee first thing in the *early* morning! Friendly and helpful staff. Location is good if you want someplace close to the airport.

Not sure why they need to provide a free airport shuttle one way but charge the other. Also, the schedule seemed weird - I got late and so was only at FRA when a shuttle was available. Do they expect you to take a taxi at other times? Weird!

Good place to stay to have a comfortable overnight layover. Made use of the free shuttle to get to/from the airport. Small gym that was nice to use before a long haul flight.

It would be nice if the shuttle information was easier to find out prior to arrival. I was unable to find the information on the website and wasn't getting through to the front desk when I tried calling several times. Luckily I was able to connect with a Marriott customer service rep who dug up some information for me so we could use the shuttle upon arrival at FRA. It was quite the process to get information that should be easily available, especially since on arrival the schedule is posted various places throughout the main area. My friend and I wanted a light snack when we arrived (around 9 PM local time) and we were told the kitchen was doing a cleaning/changeover and could only have the more limited quick grab options.

Many visitors came from Asia, and it will be great if the hot soups available for breakfast during the winter time.

The shuttle bus only service to terminal #1, not available for terminal #2. No seeing somewhere specify this information, if it is, that will be great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and comfortable. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the vibe was charming. The S-bahn is 10 minutes walk so we were able to take the bahn downtown Frankfurt. Overall great and we would stay at Moxie again.

We had requested a cab and were told there was a taxi contract for 10 euros to the airport. When we got to the airport, the taxi driver said we had to pay 13 euros for terminal 2. I think the hotel needs to know the taxi drivers aren't honoring the 10 euro contract.

The place does it work perfectly. I had to stay the night before a very early flight and it was great. There are shuttle buses taking you to the airport which comes in handy for early travelers. The room was quite spacious for this type of hotel. Also, the lobby is great, it has a bar and a self-service food fridge.

You had to walk about 20 minutes from the train station, which was a bit scary at night. Maybe there were alternative transport options that I didn't research well enough, but that is just something for ladies to take into consideration.

The shuttle bus to the airport does not run between 10:20 and 16:35. Disappointed that there was no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. This is usually a standard feature with most of the hotels I have visited and something that I usually make use of. It was approx 5° C outside but the room was a little too warm, the thermostat was off. I guess I could've put on the air-conditioning, but it seems a little odd being it was so cold outside.

The hotel gave accommodation at a short notice. It is conveniently located, costs just about 25 Euros to reach by taxi. Sofas in the lounge were comfortable. The room was too basic, not even a drinking water glass was available. But then we were fortunate to get it at the last minute after our flight was declared cancelled/ delayed by 23 hours.

The invoice furnished was for EURO 129.67 inclusive of City tax etc, while EURO 149.67 were charged to the card. The excess amount has not been returned even after 12 days as I write this review.

I liked the mattress.

It would have been nice for the clerks to inform me where to airport transportation pickup was; I expected it to be in front of the hotel. Also, this location is not near the airport! Getting service in the midst of the bar service was also unexpected and disturbing to me fir the price of the night stay. I also had trouble getting my room. Door open and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk which caused me some distress. The bathroom soap was dehydrating and there was no lotion.

A little bit further away from the airport than what we expected, but easy to access with the airport shuttle. It would not put me off staying here. Great team and lovely rooms in an industrial style. We were travelling in January and it was quite cold outside but you wouldn't have known as the inside was very comfortable. We chose to have dinner at the hotel, and while the menu only had a small selection the food was great, breakfast was also good value. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Located at a convenient distance from the airport. Breakfast was good, not standing out from the crowd but all the basics were there. I liked the gym, located on the same level as the lobby. It had a compact setting but there were just about enough weights (dumbbells) for some decent upper body strength training. There were also machines for cardio. The room and bed was comfortable and in good condition. Clean and relaxed style lobby with one part where you could have dinner from a small menu. Nothing fancy but quick and easy. On the other side of the lobby there was a business centre, with possibilities to sit alone or in groups. The whole hotel had quite a smart layout, in all its bits and pieces.
