Handy location - Köln Messe station 5-10 minutes walk and tram stop directly outside. It's not city centre and really located to serve the needs of those attending various business conferences. However, it's value for money compared to hotels around the city centre on the opposite side of the river was a big plus. Check-in was good, we were allowed to check in at midday well before the advertised time. Lobby, lift area area and corridor to room all very pleasant. Room itself was clean, comfortable and bathroom extremely good. Tea / coffee facilities. Very comfortable bed. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was exceptionally good - extensive range of cold and hot food exceeding the standard at many chain hotels.

Bit of a queue in the morning to check out as it was busy with conference goers. Receptionist was showing signs of stress as on his own. Card transactions have the option of paying in local currency or the card's (GBP in this case). Receptionist selected GBP without my concent so had to get him to void the transaction and put through again in EUR.

This hotel stand right in front “ Messe Cologne “ building like literary across the street It’s an absolute perfect place as we did came for expo, there’s parking garage next to it how ever we advised you to came early to make sure you’ve got the space during expo times We are amazed of their staff hospitality which mind you it’s pretty hard to find this day in Europe unless you’ve travel to Asia , we would like to thank the young ladies who served us dinner and help us with the menu suggestions What a beautiful room with the view towards the city centrum and you see in the night the city train passing by between all those lights.

Such beautiful building , it’s clean but the interiors absolutely in need for some freshen up Like we can skip some yellowish colors in the interior

We booked the hotel to visit a conference in the Koelnmesse, and this hotel was located right across the street from it. When I check it in Google Maps, it didn't look like that so it was a pleasant surprise. The parking was below the property, so that made it even more convenient. Other than that the hotel is very clean and comfortable, and they were able to fulfil a late request to get twin rooms. Upon arriving we even received an upgrade and got a huge room for our stay. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. We also visited the spa area and that was also very nice and clean. So definitely a place we'll reconsider for our next conference.

The interior is a bit outdated, but that's nitpicking. Everything was still in great condition.

Very kind and helpful staff, truly professionals. The room was nice, very clean and had all the nice touches (quality soap and such for the bathroom, teapot, large windows, small fridge, good pillows and mattress, complementary water bottle). As far as location goes, it's within walking distance of the old town center and the Koln Messe/Deutz railway station. However, it's quiet at night so you can rest properly.

Surroundings aren't that nice for tourists, it's a business area. But, to be honest, it's not a big deal.

We enjoyed the spacious layout of the Superior Room. It was perfect for having a sleeping and napping child with us Having the comfort of Nespresso in our room was a huge plus to our mornings. We chose to breakfast elsewhere since the hotel breakfast was €29 per person. The lobby Christmas decorations were beautiful. The crib and crib bedding was very nice.

I think it's audacious to charge €29 per person for breakfast. We chose to eat off-site for a fraction of the cost. Plus, this got us out into the city early before the crowds. I did not like that the gym and sauna access was also an additional cost.

Business hotel lacking character and warmth, 35 mins walk I to central Cologne. Housekeeping services sporadic even when leaving a note regarding my requirements: bath mat, bottle of water, Cotton Pads and Buds- didn't have these on the second night stay at all and then when asked just left water and mat. Vague assistance when asking for details of the hop on hop off bus .. couldn't follow so gave up. Air conditioning not up to scratch and room too warm and stuffy - unable to get room cool for sleeping i.e. 16 degrees- the room was a lot hotter- this was verified by the group 8 stayed with. On closer inspection there was no cool facility on AC- so no report made.

Generally, everything was fine at the hotel. We ere attending an exhibition at the Messe so the location was very good for us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good.

We arrived during Carnival and the hotel was somewhat overrun with party-people and festivities nearly every evening. This did impact upon our ability to get meals or bar service after long days at the exhibition.

Breakfast was awesome really like it we have several options in breakfast specially Asians and Western touch so if you are Muslim and need Hilal food then Dorint An der Messe Köln is best option. Rooms are very clean specially bathroom is specious / big Receptionist is very kind and helped us every time too much close to messe

Every thing is good it is more than value of money, we can't find any thing which is not good, everything is perfect and we like to stay again when go to exhibition and for family stay.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The location was very easily accessible with public transportation. The staff was helpful. All in all, everything was as expected. I would recommend staying here.

26 Euros for a breakfast is, in my opinion, way too much. Thus, we did not eat there and cannot judge the quality of the breakfast. The shower knobs were not labeled and it took ages to reach a reasonable temperature.

This is located right opposite the Exhibition centre and 5 mins by taxi to the centre of Cologne. Excellent size rooms, and great facilities with friendly and helpful staff. Room was cleaned every day.

A better value breakfast. Paying just short of 30 euros I believe to be too expensive. Apart from that it is an excellent choice of hotel.
