The breakfast was very good, and the staff were amazing and very polite. The room was spacious, and I have no complaints about it. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I often choose Radisson hotels because you always get what you expect.

In general, the restaurant closes too early, making it difficult to have lunch after 3 p.m. (considering some guests may have jet lag or prefer a late lunch). The same issue applies to dinner. During our stay, my colleagues and I had to order food every evening, as the restaurant was already closed. We were staying at this hotel for a major e-sports event, so it was fully booked, and many guests faced the same problem. There was a constant queue of food deliveries every evening and night. Given that there were no other dining options nearby, and this hotel is often chosen for large conferences, it’s surprising that the restaurant has such inconvenient operating hours.

The room was great, great facilities (TV, bathtub, comfortable bed). The service was very kind and helpful. The architecture and atmosphere in the hotel felt very exclusive, making this stay very special.

The breakfast had a wide variety of products which is a good thing. However, at peak times it's difficult to find a spot to sit to eat your breakfast. Also some of the products are prepared in the morning, making them a bit stale around 10. Parking is also a little pricey. Upon arrival you get to choose whether you want to have your room cleaned or whether you'd like a coupon for a drink. This coupon turned out to be a coupon for a softdrink. I recommend new visitors to choose for room cleaning if they get the chance.

It's just enough of a walk from the city center to make you want to take a drive over the river, but the stay was incredible! Breakfast felt more like a real buffet restaurant than a hotel breakfast, the room was clean and well stocked with toiletries if you forgot something, modern styling, and even being next to the elevators, the room was very quiet. The Shell station next door has snacks if you need something they don't sell in the hotel. I wish I had more time in the city, but I didn't have time to check the fitness and sauna, they sounded exceptional, as well.

If I had to find something, parking was a little expensive per night (but seems well secured), and the style of thermostat, in the room, was strange. I woke up a few times too hot or too cold because I couldn't set it quite right.

Very friendly Staff, easy check-in and check-our, comfortable and stylish room and very comfortable bed, nice breakfast, super mirror for makeup in the bathroom. :) I thank you for the kettle and water in my apartment, it was really nice and useful. :)

• I would prefer a bigger variety of healthy food. It was a bit difficult to find something healthy because of a lot of products containing sugar etc. More types of cheese, more vegetables and fruits are preferable. Thank you. • Thank you for quick resolving the issue with the soap bottle. Would be also nice to control such things before the checking in so there is no such surprises when you are already in bath.))

We were welcoming with our dog, which was the most important for us due she is part of our family. The lobby is big and very nice to relax. Our room was comfortable and big enough. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options and the staff was kind and respectful. We enjoyed our stay

Minor thing. As soon as we arrived to the room there were a soft drinks in the fridge as “courtesy”, we dropped our luggage to find something for lunch and when we returned someone had gotten in to the room and removed the bottles.

I liked everything, from my room on the first floor with a little terrace to the location, with a tram station near by. The gym and sauna also great. Breakfast rather normal, not worth the price. Dinners were good too. Definitely recommend and will be back.

The morning prior to my departure I stayed in, had remote work to do. Asked for housekeeping later. Repeated the request around 2pm at the reception, prior to going into the city. When I came back, three hours later, nothing had been done. I went back to the reception asking for info. I was told they’d take care of it. Twenty minutes past, nothing happened. Phoned another receptionist who told me there’s no one to do the work at 5pm. She couldn’t explain why they didnt do it around lunch, when I left, nor why the other receptionist promised they’d take care of it, 20 minutes before that call. Annoying moment and not up to the standards for Radisson Blu. Nevertheless, I’d stay there again, hopefully in the same room

Beautiful hotel, has everything to offer and breakfast was amazing although it wants to be for the price!!

The hotel was in no way near and Xmas markets or central Cologne so it was either a 30 min walk or a taxi ride which the taxi driver charged us 20 euros for each way! Its located right in the business centre but I'm guessing if we knew our way around short cuts or trams it would have been cheaper but it was late night, we'd been travelling all day and just wanted to wander Cologne markets and get some food.

This room was beautiful, comfortable and very functional. Their wooden surfaces and laminate floors really provided a stylish decoration and a clean feeling. Certain details showed smart planning and quality in this Hotel, for example having overlapping blackout curtains, electric shutters, USB sockets, power sockets and LAN on the desk... Well done! Our beds were exceptionally comfortable, very much like my own mattress back home. The twin-bed arrangement was perfect for us. The bathroom was impeccably clean and well kept. This shower/bathtub was incredible, with high pressure, perfectly adjustable temperature and no water splashing to the floor. The room temperature felt too hot at first, but keeping the window always open fixed this issue. Otherwise, the air conditioning was a bit unusual, with only a 3 degree +/- adjustment possible which I'm not sure if it worked. The breakfast was generous and adequate, with options for all tastes, and a strong emphasis on different kinds of eggs. Overall, we have enjoyed our stay and will certainly consider it again in the future, if the price category remains similar.

I totally understand it is not the Hotel's fault, but must mention there is a huge construction in front of the hotel. They start hammering as early as possible... those noises were intense and woke us up even while wearing earplugs. The hotel lobby felt way too hot, like a summer afternoon. Please consider that guests may be wearing thick clothes in November.

Very good breakfast options! On my last stay I asked for more vegan options and recommended refillable salt and pepper mills to reduce single use plastic. I was pleasantly surprised to see both recommendations were considered, thank you! This time I have another recommendation: as there are multiple coffee stations available in the restaurant - how about using a plant based milk option in one of them? This gives guests that do not consume dairy more options. I have seen this work on the exact coffee station in use at the hotel.

It was a bit tricky to adjust the room temperature

Very suitable for Anuga exhibition. Calm atmosphere. Funny robot room service. Please - put inside next time beer, not coca cola, It would be fantastic joke for everybody.

Too dark in the rooms, no norm lights to prepare before going out. Not possible to get lunch in the restaurant sometimes. As I understood restaurant is working not all days. No food in the bar, only drinks. We need food always! :) Food is delicious, but I laughing what prices like in Kempinski hotel :))) still laughing, overpriced. But no exception - want eat - pay for the food. Beer is fantastic! :)
