The rooms were large and very well fitted, clean and comfortable. The lounge and bar are well designed and comfortable. We did not have breakfast at the property,

Just a little observation about the staff. There were about four young men at the reception when we arrived, and none seemed to know what hit them. It was as if we were martians just dropped from the sky in a spaceship. They seemed unsure what to do with us. One of them then started quoting the prices of our rooms, whereby I stopped him and said that the rooms had already been paid through booking.com. After a while he apparently found the payment and proceeded to check us in.

I stayed in a big room with a desk and chairs. The bed was comfortable. A bottle of water, coffee and tea options were available in the room, together with a kettle. The staff was very polite and friendly. They offered me a cup of tea while waiting for the check-in process, and also helped me buy city tickets. The hotel was at 5 minutes walking distance to the location of an event I am attending. So, the location was convenient for my needs.

The hotel is not in the center of Cologne or Mülheim. It takes some time and effort to reach the city center. It becomes even more complicated during early or late hours, and over the weekend when public transport is not very effective. Unfortunately, no city ticket is provided by the hotel. The room was clean in general, but the sink in the bathroom was partially clogged. The water didn't went through well.

Firstly, the staff were polite and friendly, patiently dealing with any query I had. It might be in their job description but I must highlight that they were very pleasant to interact with. Walking distance from local shops and amenities, and the prices are reasonable since the location is outside the centre. With the number of police cars around, I assumed there is a police station nearby so very secure location. Located along a main road but not busy and quiet for the most part.

I guess the AC and fridge. Outdoor temperature at 34°C on average so I was expecting the fridge and AC to be cooler but the staff couldn't do anything about it ie I had the AC at -3° but unsure if it was Fahrenheit or Celsius because the room was still very warm.

The staff was super friendly. We were really surprised at how big our room was. After reading some google reviews we expected a somewhat untidy room, but it was very clean. You can check in/out via a link, where you get access to an account. There you can also open your door and the front door when no staff is available. Also book extras ( like sauna, fitness ). Also. A nice touch is that you have a tea cattle and tea bags in your room.

Only the balcony, because it wasn't cleaned, no seats and we were in a room facing the big street, so it was loud. But .. we had a balcony! And we were here in March, maybe they tidy them up for the summer.

Spacious and clean room friendly receptionist during check-in and when leaving nice and tidy entry hall parking space was available there is a restaurant nearby

the 3rd bed could be better (but the receptionist did his best. And we appreciate his effort) the bed for a couple were 2 separate beds, not practical The hotel is not really close to public transportation the surroundings were not really pleasant to walk around, especially in the evening

Room was very big and clean.nice bad the shower was not so nice.

Shower was a bit small pice of water coming. The parking was not clear so I had to go back twice. In the netherlands you have to put your parking ticket first and then the ticket you got from your hotel. The reception did not tell me that I could just pit in the card from the hotel. You did not get a discount for the parking. The internet was very slow.

Madhyan the receptionist was extremely helpful and made sure I was comfortable as a first time visitor to Germany. He took the time to explain the area and recommended some places to visit in the town.

Everything was fantastic

It was a last minute choice. I know feel I would book close to city centre. Room was very nice & clean & modern

Nearly everyday I had to go to reception & ask for tea bags, sugar & milk. One day we didn’t have cups, the next day no toilet rolls. This was very annoying.

Lovely big room with views over the city from the balcony. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Complementary drink and biscuits appreciated.

Aircon not very efficient, everything else very good.

There was this reception guy called Medyan he was really friendly and helpful. He helped providing me with insights for the entire city. Plus, he taught me how to use the necessary metro and buses lines. The evening receptionists were really friendly and helpful too.
