Everything! We selected this hotel based on its proximity to Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein and of course Germany. It allowed us a base to travel to some amazing places without having to keep changing hotels. The accommodation was extensive and comfortable. By far the largest of rooms (and hotel suites) we have ever stayed in. You had complete independence, with a small kitchenette complete with oven, fridge, crockery, pots, pans, cutlery and kettle. Supermarket (Penny's) just up the road. Free hotel parking, WiFi. It's not the Hilton or Shangri-la, but in it's own way it shines and we would love to go back again.

No air conditioning and it can get hot in the rooms on hot days. But fans are provided. Only niggle was breakfast. If you are one of the first to get to breakfast you can enjoy everything on offer. However after an hour, items are quickly depleted, no bacon (if available on that day - very popular), no scrambled egg, no juice, dried out remains of cheese and meats. Staff don't check availability regularly and when they do, it takes 15 to 20 minutes to bring it from the kitchen. When it is replenished, it is too little and immediately consumed. As much as I liked going to breakfast and the ambience, I am not sure it is worth the additional expense.

Extraordinary room, spacious with beautiful high ceilings and tall windows. We especially loved the space with two young children and the proper kitchen. It felt like having a luxurious, elegant apartment. We were located on ground floor in a very quiet, easy to access level with practically our own corridor. Didn't really see anybody except at breakfast. There was a toy corner near breakfast which entertained our kids. The breakfast was yummy with lots of buffet options, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cold meats and cheeses, cereals, yoghurts, coffeees, juices etc. The room was quiet, beds were super comfy, and hotel was easy to get to - most buses travelled to the nearest stop from the city. It was about a 5minute walk to a bus stop so not terrible.

They didn't seem to have a toaster at breakfast but the bread was nice and fresh so it wasn't a big deal. The eggs and bacon ran out on Sunday morning and they were a bit slow to replenish the breakfast foods, so I guess you need to be down first to get the best breakfast. They didn't have shutters on the window so if you or your kids are used to sleeping in full darkness, it might be a little harder to get to sleep (only curtains provided). There was a set of steps to get the pram in to the lobby, so accessibility could be an issue.

Every thing in hotel was awesome. Attending staff Ms. COPPINA she was very supportive. She made us for city passess for free to visit the city. Also she supported to keep our luggage after checkout in order to give us time to visit city without carrying your luggage with you. The room and facilities was great. Breakfast was also great... I enjoyed my stay in hotel with family. Thank you Apartment hotel management and staff.

- quiet neighbourhood - many free parking spaces by the hotel - you receive free ticket for public transport once you pay the city tax - high ceilings - rustic and artistic benches and clocks in hallways - helpful staff on reception and breakfast room

- need renovation (bathroom, kitchen corner) - the radiators were turned off when we arrived - rather small shower corner

Huge room with space for everyone and everything. Daily cleaning kept the place spotless for the days we were there. Breakfast was great. Easy walk into the old town. Good parking. Easy out-of-hours arrival procedure.

Nothing - this place was fantastic.

Nice room with ample space and even a small kitchen with the main tools. Having a private parking lot for the car has been convenient.

The only minor problem has been that we found some hairs on the bed on in the bathroom. Nothing critical, but it could be avoided.

The room has a huge space and it is quite comfortable. The bathroom and the mini-kitchen had all that is needed for a short stay. The room was cleaned daily.

The Wifi reception was poor on the 4th floor. There were no amenities like sachets with coffee or tea to prepare something quick to go (small details).

Reception communication, service, guidance, cleaning, room size is quite good enough for family. Staffs were really good and soft spoken. We loved out stay at hotel

Breakfast was really good but for the checkout day the breakfast was provided till 10 am instead of 11 am and the same was not communicated to us in advance.

It fully met the expectations. The staff was friendly; it was clean; the location is relatiely convenient to reach different parts of the city, also including the possibility of using the local public transport. The free parking was very convenient too.

Nothing in particular. It was all in line with the description and the expectations. Maybe the wifi was sometimes a bit unstable, but overall it was ok. The soap and shampoo in the room appeared a bit basic (I used my own and cannot really confirm this impression, though), so you may consider bringing your own from home.

Very spatious room (actually a small appartment), with everything you need, clean. Extremely quiet. The breakfast had a great choice of various food (sweet, salty, fruit,...). The little kids angle with toys was a nice add-on, as well as the gift at the check-out. All in all, everything rather simple, but very well thought through and put in practice.
