Almost everything...staff were excellent and friendly, good breakfast. Location is wonderful. Everything really clean. Rooms were pleasant, and comfortable. Couldn't really fault it.

Only mild things...we went there having read the rooms were soundproofed,and while with windows shut outside noises were kept out,the noises of our neighbours and their tvs were heard, as I am sure they heard us early in the morning with our early rising 4 year old! Not unexpected or above the levels in any hotel...just I had chosen this, in part for the sound proofing...knowing my kid can be a loud one!Some people may be put off by the partitioned, yet not fully closed off bathroom area...didn't bother us at all though!

The reception staff were very friendly especially Thueba and Ensaf and could speak English well. The property is walkable to the Old Town and the Marina of Konstanz in the side of the Old Town where there was fireworks on New Years Eve. The fireworks were wonderful started at midnight of New Years Eve and very easy to locate. The receptionist told us that the hotel has a terrace on the top floor from which to watch the fireworks although we walked to the Marina to watch it. The property is also near restaurants and supermarket.

It would be good if the hotel has some English news channels.

This is our second time staying at this hotel! We love the location and the hotel itself. The staff is super attentive and helpful. To get to the marketplace, it is a short walk through cobblestone streets. From our hotel room we could see the Swiss checkpoint. The rooms are nice and large. The hotel is also quiet at night. Will definitely stay again as Konstanz has become a favorite Christmas market to visit.

Good sized room. Clean and bright. Quiet despite being right next to street. Staff helpful. Right next to old town and a short walk to the passenger ferry to Meersburg, which takes 20 minutes from Konstantz harbour, without having to make your way to Staad. Breakfast spot on, with good variety and plenty of pastries. Fried eggs always a bonus, even if overdone. Konstantz great for a couple of nights, with a good mix of old town, shops, bars and restaurants, with plenty of places to visit around the lake, in particular Meersburg and its old castle.

Limited (paid but.a reasonable €11) parking at the hotel, although we did arrive late, so best have a back-up plan, although other parking well enough posted on the way into town. Managed to get parked the second day when guests were checking out in the morning. A bit tricky, in particular when driving a large hire car on the wrong side…

The location of the hotel is magnificent, it is close to the old part of town. The room was clean and you can perceive that they are well maintained, everything works as it should. The service is excellent, the staff very friendly and willing to help with any recommendations or questions.

The only thing I didn't like was that I could hear all the noises made by the occupants of the neighboring room because we were only separated by a door.

The hotel was great. We regretted that we stayed for 1 night. We should have stayed longer. The employees are very helpful. The hotel was very clean. The rooms were great. It is impossible to find such tightly decorated rooms. There was a mini and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast can't be explained, it has to be experienced :) Would go again even for breakfast. Also, the first ground floor is a great place to spend time.

Everything was great: the room was immaculately clean, the beds super comfortable, everything was newly redone and of great quality. The breakfast was extremely varied and of high standards and the staff super friendly.

The only thing- if I had to mention one- was that both honey and butter came in packages. It would be more sustainable to have them in pots or bigger pieces to srefrain from plastic or other wrappings.

arrived at breakfast at 9.35am and nothing left except old fried eggs. Had to ask for more food.

Location was great very near to main attractions and city centre. Breakfast was reasonable, u can find anything u want.

There was no any kettle in our room and the room was kind of small and cold. There was air conditioner but without remote control. (Double room)

When we arrived in the late afternoon the lady who checked us in was warm friendly and extremely helpful, and continued to be so throughout our stay Location was perfect and the breakfasts were of great choice and plentiful
