Room was actually like a fully furnished studio apartment with a dryer and a washing machine. The bed was comfy and there was a large balcony. The kitchen and fridge is quite large. Not too noisy despite being close to a busy road and highway. Complete sound isolation when you closed the balcony door.

Bit inconvenient to reach without a car

Good, clean apartment. With kitchenette and basic utensils, along with washing machine and dryer.

No air-con. There was a couple of days where it was hot in the evening. WiFi signal was not very good. Also there was no washing powder for the washing machine.

The bedroom is big and comfortable. It's like having your own apartment. Very well equipped

If you don't have a working phone in Switzerland you can't do the check in. My room was smelling like cigarettes although smoking was not allowed. I asked to change rooms but one wasn't available.

So close to the train station and Konstanz was a very easy short walk. Warm greeting upon arrival. The room was spotless, comfortable and spacious. 20 minutes after we checked out we realised we had left something in the room. The host was very obliging and helpful and arranged for us to collect our forgotten goods immediately. Highly recommended for a lively place close to Konstanz.

Good to have a washer and drier and a kitchen with a fridge, oven and hob. The coffee maker was a real bonus. The balcony was nice for having breakfast outside.

A few more utensils in the kitchen would be good, e.g. a sharp knife, a small strainer, a cutting board

The room is large with high ceilings. There is a patio outside to enjoyed in good weather. There is a kitchnette so it is possible to stay for a few more days and make your own small supper or breakfast. The room is spotlessly clean. This is our second time there and we plan to stay again.

There could have been a small table or piece of furniture in the bathroom to put things on. The last time I took one of the chairs from outside to use.

Location was close to train station. Very spacious apartment. Kitchen area was a plus! Happy to have a washer and dryer as well. Beds are very comfy.

Lack of air conditioning but plenty of windows to open to cool it down.

The Lake Konstanz area is busy and when you make a same day reservation there aren't a lot of choices so were wondering what we would get but we were super happy with this place! The room was large and had a big patio opening to large grass area which was. nice for drinking coffee in the morning. Everything was clean and the place was quite.

The Swiss side is a bit, understated, compared to the German side, so if you are in the area for the beautiful buildings and cute restaurants it will require a 10-15 minute walk across the border.

Size and very comfortable bed,huge balcony

Extremely noisy,can't leave balcony doors open,needs a good clean, especially under bed, curtains,only small table and 2 chairs on massive balcony,

Location great apartment everything in it you need (coffee machine tv, has WIFI, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher,garage, balcony)would be great for longer stay Would book it again. Thank you
