Everything. Liked it all. The check in staff were very nice and helpful. The room nice, overlooking the street. Shower could be larger. The breakfast was very good! The only thing that could have been better, and it's partially my fault for not asking more questions, but the parking situation was not familiar to us. We found the parking garage ok, and found a parking spot ok, but couldn't figure out how to get out past the gate arm (signage not in English) Lucky for us, an American speaking local was behind me and was very nice to help. I let him by, and he walked back inside to get my ticket "and took it to the validation machine, he paid my 25 Euros, and brought me back the ticket to get out. He even said that if I didn't have the cash to pay him, that was ok. I did have the cash, and did pay him. So please have your front desk people explain to guests that drive a car to town, that if they need to use the parking garage, explain the process to get out of the garage, if they are new to that type of thing. Thx you!!

Location was perfect; easy to walk around the town. Great restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to have a room with a small balcony that looked out over a cobbled stone street (walking only street so no cars to be heard from the room). From the outside it looked like only a few rooms had balconies. The breakfast was good with lots of choices to suit people from different countries.

The only downfall being a typical small German town is that there is no parking at the hotel and car parking is expensive in the town. Although we did find a car park that was free between 8pm and 9am each day, which was just under a five minute walk to the hotel.

Location is excellent! You have everything nearby. The hotel is easy to find and looks modern. Breakfast is a must, they have Lavazza coffee and so many things to choose from. Staff is amazing and accommodating. They gave us free transport tickets for the duration of our stay which I think was a nice touch to feel extra welcome :)

Our room did not have a normal queen size bed but they put 2 single beds together so the matresses moved a lot during the night, which was uncomfortable, but for 1 night only we did not mind... They could also get some more firm pillows since the ones we had were super soft and flat.

Breakfast was very tasty and a lot of things to choose from. The breakfast room was very nice with a terrace. The bed was comfortable and the pillows great. Big and modern bathroom. The room was spacious with a cute balcony and nice view

It was a bit noisy from the street. We needed to keep the windows open because of the heat and lack of air condition, and then we had mosquitos in the room… Mosquito net was needed.

They had a nice breakfast room with a good variety of food. The room was small, but adequate. The location was good, close to transportation. No parking, had to be in a public garage at Euro 24/day. I had left some clothes in the wardrobe; they sent an e-mail, and I was able to pick up my belongings the following day.

The hotel was a 3 minute walk from the train station and shopping centre. It was surrounded by good shops and restaurants. Breakfast was very good and served in a lovely dining room with conservatory and also outdoor eating area. The bedroom was spacious and airy. We felt that this hotel provided good value for money and hope to return.

Location is astonishing, easy to get everywhere in the town. Nice room, clean and tidy as it should be. There was a bit loud street outside with a shopping centre but it is a compromise for an amazing location.

The reception administrator was unfriendly and a bit haughty, which was quite surprising for the hotel. There is a lift inside but the accessibility for people with disabilities is very poor (only stairs at the entrance).

Perfectly location in the city centre with so many restaurants and shops, especially a large shopping Centre nearby. Very good breakfast offering many options. The room is not so big but comfortable and clean. Very kind and helpful staff, thanks so much for a very young lady who gave me kind help at her first day at work and another lady at the reception while check-in.

The location is great. Extremely central with around 3-5 minutes walking from the central train station. The room is very spacious, the place is very Clean and the staff are awesome. Super friendly and helpful which is the main reason why I gave the overall rating of 8. Also the breakfast was really good to be fair, many options and varieties with very decent quality of food and serving.

What I found really annoying were the pillows. Really bad for me and my mum also had trouble sleeping with it (too shallow/empty from the inside). Eventhough the room was spacious but it could use some minor renovation (fresh paint or cleaning some dirt/stains on the wall) for a better overall feeling of cleanliness. (same to the floor but ok no big deal).

Great location in town. Room was spacious and quiet. Staff were helpful and very pleasant. We had a great stay.

Key card to room kept refusing to function. . But, we were moved to another room when it couldn't be fixed, so no problem.
