When we arrived it turned out that there had been a mistake with the booking and we were offered to stay in the suite with separate beds and bathroom instead of the two double rooms with extra beds that we booked. The hotel had tried to arrange another accommodation for us, but as it was fully booked in the whole of Lubeck this was the only option. The staff was very helpful on this occasion and we were compensated in a good way, even if it was not optimal to stay in the same room with several small children :) We want to highlight the management at the hotel who also worked with the breakfast in the morning and prepared separate dishes for us due to allergies and special needs. What staff and service this place has, can only say WOW!

We had a delightful and relaxing stay in your hotel. Infact, it has been one of our best stays so far. Staff at reception is very polite and facilitative. It is a walkable distance to altstadt. Future of hotel looks very promising too. Hotel is going to have an open terrace /deck and spa facility soon.

However, 2 tiny improvements can further enhance the overall experience. Staff in the breakfast hall was though well mannered it was not attentive to the needs of breakfast,e.g., 1 juice dispensing machine ran out of juice and it was not refilled despite informing staff, coffee machine did not dispense coffee for sometime and staff was informed about it, no telephone connection in room.

The hotel seems to be quite large so they had availability still when many others were fully booked. It is a bit away from the old town, however the area is very quiet. The room was comfortable and even had a small balcony. As there was also a small desk, it was odd that there was no chair for that (other than balcony chairs, that I took inside to use). The breakfast was not included and the price of 18 euros per person quite high, but I had to admit that the quality of breakfast was one of the best I have seen.

Location is excellent, rooms are excellent. You can find free parking next to hotel. Close to city center but far enough to get good night sleep. Price was normal even at the time of messe.

I would have had a dinner if the restaurant was open. Restaurant open only for breakfast.

I was gladly surprised with small trifles inside the room (small candies, statues, etc.) - I was feeling like I'm at home. Never seen smth like that over the last 15 years of my travelling. The breakfast was also amazing - plenty of choices

I couldn't fix a tap in my bathroom so all the time when I was taking a shower there was a big puddle around it

Everythig was good. 4* room, 15 min walk from town centre with a lrge comfy bed 2 easy chairs, a fridge and a balcony. Should have stayed longer.

There was a bit of a smell for the first day, like it hadn't been used for a while, but with some fresh air from the patio, it soon cleared.

expansive room, not too far from city center. convenient garage in basement. got a partial refund and free breakfast to compensate for shortcomings

hotel changed owner and was renovated. was not quite ready. Electric shutters did not work, neither did fridge (outlet too far away). will be great once shortcomings are taken care off.

Well equipped, refurbished hotel in walk distance from the city center. Parking is available for reasonable rates. Bath is super clean with glass wall shower. Bed is very good with 2 pillows. You cannmak coffee or tea in the room (small electric kettle). The room has a nice balcony to sit in nice weather.

Slow internet.

Very tidy large room. The room had controllable AC. Helpful staff. Very good and safe storage for bicycles! Nice breakfast.

Maybe people with bikes in the garage should be able to access it with the elevator.

Outwith the centre of Lubeck, shortish and pleasant walk to town centre. Less than 10 minutes walk to rain and bus stations. Magnificent breakfast - top quality and wide choice. Spacious room.

Maybe, perhaps no restaurant on site but wasn't really important.
