The hotel is located next to the main railroad and bus station. The rooms are quite though. The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom. Quite modern. Good breakfast. The staff at the breakfast were very friendly and did a good job, very professional. The same for the reception staff- nice, professional and friendly. Actually for us the hotel was better in reality than on the pictures.

The hotel is perfect if you come by train or bus, if you come by car- you might be lucky and find a parking place on the street or behind the hotel where there is a parking 5 euro/day. It did not feel like a first choice to us , as there were a lot of construction works nearby and did not feel very safe. We parked in a parking garage (Linden) just a few minutes away, it was safe and easily accessible, for 10 euro/day. The only thing we did not like about the hotel was a sewer smell in the bathroom sometimes, especially at night.

The location of the hotel is good, because it is the next to the railway station, where is a police station too. The hotel is very easy to approach by car. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was great, mainly the size and its service . In the room are coffeemaker, tee maker and free water for the guests. The hotel is in the old building, but it is renovated some years ago (after 2000), therefore is hotel is modern with elevator. The hotel has a wellness, but we had not time for use it. The price-value ratio is very good.

The hotel does not have own parking place, but in front of the hotel has some open parking places, but there was not free place when we were there. Near to the hotel is a safe parking garage, but the guests have to walk some minutes. The hotel is far from the down town, circa 20-30 minutes on foot. Many "interesting" people are at the railway station, it can be dangerous at night. It was rained, when we were in the hotel. Rainwater flowed into the room at the window. (our room was in the roof level). Greater cleanliness would have been needed, especially in the bathroom.

The breakfast was really good with everything a person might desire for breakfast including pancakes.The room was big enough and the bed was comfortable.

I would have liked to see a better black out curtain in the room.the curtain was divided into 4 sections and because of that it did not close properly allowing the morning light in through the spaces in between the sections. I would prefer a much darker room in order to be able to sleep better in the morning.

The breakfast was excellent, the location was within a couple of minute’s walk from the station. The staff we dealt with were very polite, professional and helpful. The hotel is next to the railway station but the station - ideal for rail travellers - is extremely quite and the rooms are double glazed. There is a pleasant walk from the hotel down to one of the city gates and on into the city. It is pleasant return walk taking in a section along the river back to the hotel. A short rail trip to enjoy the sea and beach at Travemünde is worth the effort.

Very nice Hotel with a good location at walking distance from the city center. There is a small free parking at the hotel and a paid underground parking closeby. The staff is very friendly and helpfull, the hotel also serves a very complete breakfast buffet. I took a slightly bigger room, very spatious for a 4-night stay, with a view on the square in front of the trainstation. Although the hotel is next to the trainstation, the building actually flows seamlessly into the trainstation, my room was silent.

Location very good, a few metres from the Hauptbahnhof, 15 mins to Altstadt,close to shops. Free Parkings spots, however limited amount of spaces. Even if close to the Bahnhof, didnt hear anything at night. Hotel staff- the receptionist was friendly and competent. Bed comfortable,Pillows also. Toilet is separate from the bathroom, room was spacious, Steckdose at nightstand. Wifi available,reception strong. Caffeemachine,bottle of water available.

The room was on the small side, however, we were comfortable. Even though the hotel was next to the train station, it was very peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful especially the fresh rolls and being able to choose what kind of coffee you want. The coffee machine gave you multiple options. The staff was extremely helpful when it came to seating the four of us and making sure we have utensils and cups and where the different stations were for tea, lunchmeats, rolls, etc. Enjoyed the pampering.

The hotel had only so many parking spots, however, there were other parking spots available. we needed to pickup a parking ticket and then pay a couple of euros for the night. At least the extra parking was located right behind the hotel.

Hotel is located next to the train station close to the city center. It can be a bit noisy there but for us not a big deal. The hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. Beds are very comfy and sheets very clean. Breakfast was good, we didn't miss anything.

It was a bit difficult to find a parking space at the arrival. We missed a kettle in the room so we could make a tea or coffee. As there was no bar in the hotel, getting a hot drink in the evening wasn't easy.

The hotel is located in the centre and despite of the close vicinity of train and bus stations, the room was quiet. The internet connection worked perfectly, the breakfast was rich. I also very appreciate the wilingness of the staff to help us with the changes in reservations as I was booking for several people with various travel plans.

The only problem was the parking as it is not clear from the beginning where to actually park.

Great room, convenient location to visit the city center by foot.

Parking was not super convenient, pretty close to the hotel but still required some back and forth with luggage that could be avoided by at least having a dedicated short term parking area next to the lobby entrance to unload and load luggage.
