Clean Room, delicious consistent breakfast and great location (Close to both Ludwigsburg central and train station)

Although some of the staff was very friendly & helpful, others were a bit rude with hints of racism. We demanded a double bed but were provided 2 single beds, and the pillows were very uncomfortable (they did provide us with more when requested, but still uncomfortable unfortunately) AC fan starting and stopping randomly, and noisy. Distracting especially during the night

The room is clean and bed is comfortable, not too soft or too hard. Staffs are friendly and a fair breakfast is also provided. Location of the hotel is close to train station and City center, 5-6 minutes by walk.

Most of the signs and explanation text in the room is only in German, not super user friendly for international travellers.

I got a room close the reception. That was ok, I did not hear anything from the reception, but there was some strange noise (like from coffee machine air pump) in period of cca 15 minutes. That was annoying.

The position of the Hotel is really central. So you do not need a car if you want to visit the historic city center or the castles. It is easy to find and in a nice and modern clean style.

if you reach this hotel by car, you really need to check if it fits into the parking. Very difficult and tight parking. Also the parking cost is too high in my opinion. Suggestion: reserve also the parking when you do your room-booking.

A very tasty breakfast! It surprised me a lot. The staff is also very friendly.

We didn’t like the pillows (you can choose from very large or ridiculously small ones) and the late check in time (from 15:00). Had to wait outside 1 hour because before 15:00 the hotel is just closed and you can’t go in. We were invited for a wedding at 16:00 so we didn’t have enough time in the hotel to prepare.

Very pleasant stay and very friendly and welcoming staff. I had issues with the air conditioning in my room and after discussing with the staff and deciding that something didn't work, they changed my room.

Some rooms look a bit older than in the photos, but this doesn't affect the comfort at all.

More variety of food. And please keep the flies/wasps/bees whatever they are called away from food.

Limited parking space, not suitable for taller cars (vertical garage with lifts). Some more vegies for breakfast would be great.

Breakfast was superb, really everything what man need! And they are really thinking about user experience. If I come to Ludwigsburg again, I must look not further.
