beds very comfy very clean ovation was great the persian bartender was awesome

the internet and the in room policy book both said it had air conditioning and that was a complete lie. i chose that hotel because it said it had air conditioning. when i pointed this out to the front desk girl she had such an visible and detectable bad attitude like i was such an inconvenience to her. we needed 2 twin rooms and she gave us a double and when we asked for a room change another bad attitude. we had no coffee service in room and when i asked for that in lieu of the air conditioning lie she had another attitude towards me. she had the coffee service delivered but then when the room was cleaned it didn’t get cleaned and replenish for the next day. breakfast buffet way too pricey.

- It wasn't very clean - just doing a proper clean would make a massive difference - No kettle and fridge in the room - it's a small change but would make the stay much more comfortable

the location, it's right next to the place people from the event i attended hung out at. the size of the room was great and accommodating for all of my luggage. i loved the ability to purchase a beer past midnight at the hotel bar. the windows of our room overlooked the gathering of all of our friends.

the pillows were kinda garbage. the shower had super awkward temperature regulation that was clearly made with only the design and looks of it being considered, not the functionality.

As always (have been back 3 times now): Practical location close to railway station and city center (but no noise of it) and easy to reach by car as well. Car park. Clean. Quiet room (Good soundproofing). Modern.

Tip: in the carpark next to the hotel, use the lower floors (as opposed to the first floor indicated as "hotel parking spaces": extremely tight, unpractical access to those first floor spaces). It doesn't matter where you park, so avoid the scratches and use the lower floor.

The hotel is simple but has everything you need, very close to the train station and very accessible from Stuttgart. The rooms are nice and clean.

They sent me a confusing e-mail saying I could only check in until 6pm, so I had to call and make sure they keep my reservation until later. I doesn't reammy make much sense, since there is a receptionist there all the time.

Very comfortable and clean also the place is very quiet but soo close to S bahn station so it was perfect.

The TV wasn't smart.

Very convenient, right beside the station. Did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on that. Room clean, bathroom a little small but adequate. Shower good.

The room was very comfortable. shower head was amazing, room very clean and welcoming. Breakfast although a bit expensive was very good. Location was perfect for my visit.

I did not like the fact that I was only there for an overnight stay. Beautiful and comfortable place
