Nice pool, lovely staff. Even our child of 9 years were greeted as a equal guest. He was asked at breakfast if he wanted choklate to drink. And got to draw when he was finished eating. Roomservice affordable and tasty.

Too expensive in restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. The pool was very quiet and perfect temperature for a relaxing swim.

Advertised "Electric car charging" is a regular "Shuko" outlet, so if you don't have a charger with yourself you won't be able to charge. The first receptionist was not the most helpful and also told us there was no option to charge the car.

The building itself is a bit old fashioned, but good overall

only a short but nice stay. I thing I can recommend also for a longer stay Breakfast was ok and Spa as well

ok - today everyrhing is more expensive...but I guess the the region NRW and outback Luenen the price is at the upper level.

We enjoyed the wellness and spa. The room is big Few minutes walk fron the shopping center .a lot of parking spaces.

Little piece of heaven, balm for the soul. Breakfast was varied and wonderful. The hotel is in a beautiful setting.

Full breakfast, really helpful even while managing in terms of Covid

Breakfast was very nice, eggs in diversity, meat, fish, sweet bread toppings, marmelades, cheese, vegan, bread in different styles available. Lots to choose from. The bed pillows were very thin, neede3d 2 of them to give my neck some support. A better brand of bed pillows and having a choice to choose would be nice.

The route to the swimming pool and sauna in the cellar was difficult to find, getting out was even more difficult while the main corridor to the changing rooms in direction of the bar was closed and I had to walk all along the swimming pool again , dressed, to get out via the small exit in direction of the escalators. Pricing by booking.com wasn't done fair by booking.com, booking.com adds 15 percent or more to any booking, the total price for one person in a single person room exceed that of the normal price fr 2 persons in a standard room. next time I will book directly at the hotel.
