The hotel is in a very convenient location, very close to Kieferngarten U-Bahn station. Reaching it by car is very easy, also there are plenty parking spaces in the street around the hotel. The room was nice and clean

In the mornings we could hear a lot of noise from the hallway, but I guess that was because out room was very close to the reception and there was a lot of movement around the entrance.

Everything was perfect. Clean and quiet room, good value for money. Check-in was possible 24/7. Free coffee 24/7 at reception. Wonderful breakfast, eggs were prepared on demand. What's especially noteworthy is how much love was put into decoration of the place. Upon arrival, you get the impression you've arrived in a fairy tale.

Great place to stay versus old city. Walk one block in nice neighborhood to train which gets you to city center in 15 minutes. Great breakfast. Very nice staff. Short walk to a nice Bavarian restaurant Alois Wirthaus that was all locals. We ate dinner there twice! The quality and cost makes this small hotel a much better option than paying silly pricing for downtown Munich.

The decor and the open plan was very pleasant

I have a heart condition and no lifts was an issue. Had my son not been with me I would struggled to get to my room with luggage. However the hotel were not aware of my condition and I assumed there would be a lift

My visit to this hotel was work-related, going to the BAU 2023 exhibition. Overall, I wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary from the hotel, because my day was generally spent outside the hotel. But the breakfast was something amazing, the kind of service I usually find in 5 star hotels. I can add to that the staff at the hotel are very responsive and reverent towards their customers.

The breakfast was great, and the dining room very well laid out, with nice decorations. The lady serving the food was nice and there was a good selection available. The staff went out of their way to help us know how to get to the airport.

The room was on the small side, but it was comfy.

I like the location. Quiet area and close to the metro connecting you to Munich downtown and other areas. Hotel is clean and made a room every day. Convenient to park free. Few local restaurants around the corner. Staff are all good

Really good price. Clean rooms, ventilation in bathroom works perfect. Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out. Good breakfast. Good WiFi. Quiet area, some free parking at the hotel, lots of free parking space around. Near subway.

The only little downside were too large headrests.

The hotel was very close to the U6 U-Bahn line stop. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good, with a wide variety from which to choose. Staff members were easygoing, welcoming and helpful. The wifi worked well.

The hotel is located in a residential area, apparently far away from attractions and services (but the U-Bahn is very close).
