Comfortable, lots of green areas close by, convenient for transportation, contactless check-in/out, super quiet

From the description of the rooms, we can see that there is a laundry machine but actually there is a laundry machine room with 3 washing, 3 drying machines that you can use with coin or credit card. We waited a lot for a single machine to become available. Even the washing time of the machine is over, people don’t come to pick up their washed clothes so we had to wait a lot. We even woke up at 6am to be able to use the machines. It would be really nice to have some kind of reservation system. Also it would be nice to be able to empty those washed clothes that people don’t pick up for hours.

Location was fine. Room was clean. Check in and entry system process was new to us but went OK. The kitchen was superb. The furniture was ok, except the couch but it was OK.

But lighting was horrible. No lighting on the bed sides at all or on bedroom ceiling. Only the lighting near the couch and the kitchen were ok, but the bedroom area was always very dark due to ZERO lighting near the bed. I could not read my bible before sleeping. Also lack of presence of extra pillows. We arrived late Thursday waited until Monday to request extra pillows. Thankfully they sent us 2 extras. My wife complained of lack of mirror or a table with full length mirror for makeup purposes. The poor lighting also aggravated the situation.

Nice modern room.with little kitchen and necessary equipment. Even though close to the highway, still calm.

No sponge to clean dishes (e. g. pans) in the sink. Reception told us we have to buy... doesn't make sense as soap was provided. The service rooms could be better maintained so everything is always available (we couldn't find any additional trash bags and dishwasher tabs). We requested a crib for our 16 month old son. We received an additional bed for an adult instead. No solution could be found until next day.

I really liked the location, very close to English Garden and nice view from the window. The staff were friendly and helped with everything. The room and facilities were clean and in kitchen there is everything you need.

Unfortunately, the tap in the bathroom was not working properly, namely the pressure was too high and everything was splashing around. There was also a used chewing gum on the bedside table, probably from previous guests. The blanket was warm but not suitable for a couple, the blanket is designed for one person, which is not very comfortable.

Nicely decorated and equipped studio, great for short stays. Around 5min walk to the nearest underground, and the nearest 24/7 petrol station. We couldn't find any nice places to eat in around but there are plenty of options towards the centre. Quiet area and we couldn't hear other guests at all. Coffee in the lobby available for 50c. I forgot to take the charger for this trip and a lovely lady from the cleaning team lend me hers before I could buy my own.

It's not great not to have any staff at the reception (at least there weren't anyone on the weekend). We had troubles locating the iron & ironing board, and called the number that was left at the reception; after 3 calls or so managed to find it however this caused some delays in our plans. Would have been much quicker should the staff be available on site. By the way, the iron & ironing board are located in a separate room on each floor if anyone needs it.

Design of the appartment, Kitchen facilities, free spices in the entrance area (shows, that you understand, what people need who stay in such an apparmtent :-)).

Pillow (this anti-allergy stuff is so uncomfortable; feathers would be better. Maybe you offer the opportunity to get one at the reception); heating (was not really warm enough (although I put it on fully; if you put on the fan, only cold air comes out); Administration: Why do I always have to type in everything again and again? Why don't you save my data?? That's really enoying (even if I check in electronically beforehand).

It was good to have a little kitchen to make meals and the laundry in the basement to wash clothes. It was also good that you can get things you need from the cleaning and storage room. The shower was very nice with strong water pressure. It was easy to check in too.

It was very hot inside the room as you cannot get much fresh air inside from the windows and there is no air conditioning. Luckily I could get a fan/ventilator from the storage room but it was impossible to get fresh air inside. It is ten mins walk to the U Bahn so not very close.

I was on a two week training course in Munich and the apartment was just perfect. Enough wardrobe space, shelves in the bathroom, dining table and chairs, comfy seating and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was small and basic but sufficient and I particularly liked having a dishwasher. nespresso machine and kettle were also great. Washing machines were available in the basement and they could be pre booked through an app. The hotel is also in an excellent location for a longer stay as food shopping facilities are nearby as well as the English Garden for walks and running. Metro station nearby and just a short ride into the city. I had a room looking out into the courtyard which was nice and quiet.

Honestly the only one thing I can think of is that the doors were slamming badly. As there are lots of apartments down each corridor, it could be very noisy in the morning and my door was next to the house keeping room. People deposited rubbish there at all times of the day so perhaps you could get the doors adjuster to close more quietly.

I'll start from the beginning: a modern area with large offices of well-known companies is wow. A cozy lobby with comfortable armchairs and sofas, and a shared kitchen where you can buy snacks or drinks, as well as coffee. Super friendly and professional staff who helped sort out the check-in. Room: 10 out of 10. Spacious room with all necessary cooking equipment, dishwasher, also TV and hair dryer. I liked that there were 2 blankets. The curtains completely blocked the light from the window - this is a big plus. Wi-fi was with a password that was sent to a personal mail. During the check-out, the staff was not even required - everything was clear, they did everything on their own

The subway was a bit far, but that doesn't matter. 10 minutes walk. We stayed 4 nights and there was no housekeeping for the whole time. Maybe you should have asked? We didn't get bogged down in this.

They are like small apartments. It is comfortable and spacious for 2 people. Enough space for a long stay. Quite well located, 700 meters from the metro.

The ad states that the room has a washer and dryer in the room, but it does have a dishwasher; you can wash clothes in the basement for an extra charge. The TV is not smart and you cannot watch streaming platforms.
