The hotel was very clean, in a quiet area, yet centrally located for easy access to central Berlin or the public transport services. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room very comfortable.

A couple of the staff at reception could have been more attentive. There are water carafes with fresh lemon and herbs in the reception area, but it depended strongly on the receptionist whether they were regularly refilled or whether the reception area was left unattended for longer periods, leaving guests waiting excessively. I was working at a large table there for several hours a day and couldn't help but notice the differences between the staff.

Very good value, clean, well kept, basic but comfortable and nicely furnished. Lovely bathroom, and great breakfast options too. Staff were super helpful especially when I had to return having left my passport in the safe (idiot!), and needed to stay an extra night as I had missed my flight. Reception staff lent me his personal phone charger, and gave me a 20% discount for another night's stay.

When I left, I left my passport & wallet in the security safe by mistake; this was returned to me no problems (they phoned me to tell me I'd left it), but unfortunately I also left my phone charger plugged in, which wasn't there when I returned.

The hotel is spacious, has a nice lobby and a great garden with seating.The room was medium sized, but hat all the necessary amenities for a business stay, desk, fast internet, IPTV, a TV monitor with good connectivity, and also a nice and modern bathroom. The lighting in the room was very nice, especially the indirect lighting that came from the bathroom.

The hotel is located in the northern part of the Schwabing district, where you will find many restaurants and attractions. However, you will need to take a tram to reach this part of Schwabing. The famous Englischer Garten park is a mile away and walking there is not pleasant, along a four-lane, busy thoroughfare. There are not many restaurants or bars near the hotel, but there are a few supermarkets. On the other hand, you can get to the highway from the hotel in no time. The price would have been very reasonable during the week, but since I had to include a Friday night in my stay, it became unnecessarily expensive (from $90 to $140/night).

Staff was super-friendly and very nice. Room was nice, and I like bathroom. I get compliment gift as water bottle and it was nice. Hotel lobby was beautiful and luggage storage work nicely. Location was good and there was grocery store just over the street. Restaurants is not a lot nearby but public transport is working excellent (bus and tram just outside the hotel). I would come again to this hotel.

In my hotel room there was no tea/coffee or fridge or hairdryer. Sometimes keycard and hotel room connection was bad and you need several times to try before you can open the hotel room door by keycard.

Standard room in size and amentities, good breakfast, cleaning is done properly Beds are comfortable and clean.

There are just 1-2 coat hangers, in so called "wardrobe", AC does not work properly. Walls are scratched and dirty, must be repainted Hotel is far from any Metro station-just to be aware of , just buses and only tram 23 going toward centre For the same price you may get more in better located premises.

We liked the modern and minimalist furnished rooms that were connected by doors. There was a lot of choice for breakfast, fresh ingredients, great bread, great egg dishes. The rooms were clean, but the hallway could use some freshening up.

An annoying search for a parking lot next to the hotel, in the evening everything was already occupied. A garage is also an option, but 15 euros per night for hotel guests seems a bit excessive.

We had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. Each room offered a private bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the exceptional breakfast, which provided a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel's location is another plus, being conveniently close to the Allianz Arena and the bus station, making it easy to explore the area and attend events.

The room did not come with a fridge, which could be a minor inconvenience for some guests.

We liked the hotel, very nice and clean, quiet and modern. Martin the Manager was very helpful and outgoing to help us with details, instructions and directions. Thank you Martin!. The food was just perfect in the morning and the staff was very nice and ready to help with things we needed.

The TWO things we didn't like... 1) The light in the bathroom LIGHTS UP THE WHOLE ROOM and wakes up the other person. Very bad design. 2) The internet was PITIFUL... the speed was like 25-30 years ago DIAL UP. I am a network engineer that needed wifi but got nothing. We had to go down to the reception are to get a 10-15Mgbite speed on a good day! The hotel like that often has OPTICAL connection. In today's modern technology that is almost a MUST for those "working on the road" people. Otherwise they will avoid your hotel.

Easy to find a parking place nearby. Rooms were clean enough and the hotel is very closed to a tram station and located in a nice neighbourhood.

A member of the staff was rude when we asked for help because room key cards did not work. Cleaning staff moved things around the room and this was disappointing.

very comfortable, cozy. i loved in particular the access by a card also the variety of lighting allows you to pick the most comfortable one as i am sensitive to artificial light. comfortable check in and check out, very nice shower, a lot of towels, nice soap also i think there was a shampoo

i struggled to find a heater controller (even a heater itself) so i felt a bit cold but not critical. a bit far from the center, though easily accessible by transport (i personally was searching living in this area on purpose) minor cleaning issues like when i came at the check-in time the given room was not yet cleaned but the receptionist gave me another room without any problem. my new room had half finished water bottle which i think was supposed to be a gift from the hotel not sure, it had the “super 8” label also make sure you are okay with the wall between the shower and the room being transparent 😭 hopefully, there are different rooms in case i would want to stay here with someone else
