We booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the train station and the Christmas markets in city center. It is an easy two block walk to the train station entrance. There is a little nook in the lobby with a coffee machine for tea and coffee. There was plenty of room for our family of 3 to spread out.

The bed was too hard. Our room was cold. The bathroom facilities in our room were funky. But that wouldn't deter us from staying there again if we were in Munich.

Centre city is not far from the trian station, and an easy walk to Marienplatz and surrounding sites. It's full of large hotels, people, and lively activities. This hotel is clean, modern, comfortable, and a great value. There was a mini fridge, a safe, coffee/tea in the room with space for all our luggage. On our arrival, the receptionist (an older gentleman) was very helpful in directing us to a parking garage. Be prepared to spend about 30 Euros per day. The younger receptionists were not so interested in helping/answering questions.

The bathroom was modern and had a very good shower. The downside is the bathroom walls were made of glass, so when the bath lights are on, the whole hotel room is lit up.

excellent amenities provided! bottled water both still and with gas provided daily, room slippers, chillers filled with drinks, coffee with electric kettle were all provided. modern room that is spacious and pretty new. Room has a sofa bed chair and other chairs and bathroom has full glass door to close up the bathing section. Staff replied to message promptly.

Bathroom doesn’t have a heater. it was cold during winter. After checkout, I left 4 bags at the concierge area. I asked the receptionist if my bags would be tagged, she said in a v proud manner that she would do so as all the other bags were tagged by her. When I returned to collect my bag, I noticed only one out of 4 bags was tagged. As hotel guests handle the bags ourselves and it was an open area, anyone could take any luggage away as there was no proper monitoring.

The location was brilliant, 5 min walk from the train station and 15 min walk for the Marienplatz. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Hotel was very clean and tidy, staff were helpful and polite 👌

The shower/bathroom has glass "walls" - This means that despite some strategically placed frosted strips to cover your bits, you are on full show to your partner or room mate whilst having a shower or using the toilet. This also causes a problem. If needing the toilet in the middle of the night as you either try your luck in the dark or put the light on and wake everyone up. Also due to the hotels busy location it can be quite noisy with the banter of some of the local youths hanging around the street corners, and the sirens from the emergency services can wake you at any given hour....!

Clean. Close to the train station with excellent Connexion from the airport. Coffee and tea provided all day, with a grocery store (Little) very close by. Walking distance, 15 min. to Marien Platz. Clean, comfortable beds with duvets. It’s located in a busy area, but our room though at the front, was Quiet. Lots of Turkish and Arab small restaurants with excellent quality food. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the reception staff lady with roots to Tunesië and the young man. Citymap provided, umbrella for use in case of rain. There is a fridge and a safe box.

There is good lighting for reading in bed, but I found the rest of the room somewhat dark.

Very clean, the staff were helpful, and very modern inside, everything you need tea, coffee, towels and hair dryer, and the beds were very comfy. We arrived early whilst our room wasn’t ready we were checked in and reception took our bags off us and put them safely out of the way so we could go and explore the city, both of the receptionists spoke excellent English as we spoke no German.

The bathroom, whilst very clean and the facilities were good, we found it strange just being a glass wall, although you couldn’t see into the shower from the room with the modesty panel, and the towels could also do to be bigger, but if that’s all I can moan about the stay was excellent !

The staff were friendly, professional and spoke excellent English. The free food and coffee was a nice touch! The location near to the main train station and near the city centre was good The room was very clean and the facilities good.

We asked for a double bed but the room had two single beds. We didn't say anything because we just wanted to have a shower and sleep. I wouldn't have minded too much but they had sent me a message specifically asking about room preferences before we arrived. What's the point in asking if you're not going to follow through with the request?

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Bed was comfy. Room was clean and adequate for our needs. There were facilities to make hot drinks in room plus a mini bar if wanted, and also hot drinks available in foyer. I am a mobility scooter user and apart from the ramp to get in which was a bit difficult to use, there was a small lift then an elevator to get to room and our room had an accessible shower, and enough room to bring scooter in. Room was quiet and not too hot, we slept well. The hotel was nicely situated for us, 5 min walk from station and about 10-15 from Christmas market. We would happily stay again.

The ramp to get in was difficult and my partner had to lift my mobility scooter up the step. But staff were really kind and helpful.

Very close the train station in Munich, it was about a 5-7 minute walk. The junior (family) suite was lovely, plenty of room for us to gather with our friends and family. The room easily slept 4 people. Rain shower was awesome. Clean and modern in appearance. We loved having the coffee shop on the ground level. Very easy to walk to the old town. Convenient to public transportation including the U-bahn. The neighborhood itself had a large variety of middle eastern restaurants as well as some traditional bavarian restaurants. There is a Lidl close by, and various kiosks where you can purchase small items. For travelers unfamiliar with Bavaria, most businesses (like LIdl) are closed on Sunday, but kiosk shops and restaurants are open. Amazing air conditioning.

Other reviews are correct, there is literally a strip club next door, and yes, it has bright neon lights. If that's an issue for you, then you might want to look elsewhere. We were high enough that the light wasn't an issue and by no means is this a 'red light' district. There are prettier areas of Munich, don't expect lush tree-lined streets here, but the convenience to transportation is the draw here.

Hotel is close to the central train station. The room was modern and everything was superclean. It was nice to have electric kettle and coffee capsule machine in the suite and complementary water as well. Also downstairs there was a small kitchenette with the same supplies if needed. The receptionist was welcoming. Small shops open even on Sunday were close to the hotel, so if needed some necessities could be bought by not walking too far from the hotel.

Agree on other reviewer comments on a bit shady crowd in close proximity to the hotel. However on monday morning it was much better. With windows open it could be a bit loud, but with the windows closed it was quiet.
