Before I checked introduced hotel i saw the marks and the marks were pretty badly...i tought o my god where m i going?! But for that price its more than enough you get inside...Everybody who putted bad mark on this accomodation is a crazy and selfish a little bit!

I will say nothing...becouse this location coudn't be more near to octoberfest festival that i came for...10 mins by walk..and as i say of course that its not the best hotel, but for that more than fair money (compers to others) what you expect? You have safe sleeping, heating, your bathroom....i would definitely come back there and hopefully next otcoberfest i'll be there again...ratio of money/and what you get...cant be better...best regards..

The staff is friendly. Responds to any request. Check-in is fast. The room has everything you need: kettle, hairdryer, heating, towels, shampoo. A great option for a couple of days. Close to the station and central square. Restaurants and shops nearby. I don't understand why people give bad ratings. The room is quiet, warm, no one bothers you. Yes, there is a cabaret at the entrance to the hostel, but visitors to the cabaret do not in any way interfere with the rest in the room

There was a kettle in the room, but no cups or spoons. Asked for extra at the reception

I chose this place for its closeness to z main train station, as I arrived by train from Salzburg. As a Lebanese, z good surprise was it lies in an area dominated by Middle Eastern & Arabic Restaurants. Receptionists r very friendly. Room is well cleaned daily. Comfortable Bed. Mini fridge, small Fan & Safe Box r useful extras.

WIFI was very very WEAK! It kept disconnecting & needs improving. It felt like am in a third world country, internet-wise, lol. The area could b a rough one 4 other people. I noticed dodgy persons walk around especially night time, like drug dealers..

The room was clean.

The behaviour of the responsible which registered me was very bad, he made me sad, I told him I am your customer but he didn’t care about me, he gave me very small room, the room window hadn’t curtain, it was comfortable for me.

Very clean. Good location between train station and downtown- easy walk to both. There are no bad surprises-- they deliver exactly what they advertise, and we appreciate that.

No complaints.

Staff were extremely friendly - the receptionist even lent me his own personal umbrella so we could walk around the city while it was raining. Great selection of Arab restaurants in the area and only a short walk from the main sightseeing spots.

Unfortunately no AC during this rare heatwave period, not a big issue we had a fan. The room faced the courtyard one morning the dogs were our wake-up alarm clock. The room was good but unfortunately due to staff issues was not cleaned for the three nights we stayed there.

The location, near the train station was very good and the staff helpful and sympathetic.

Good location, nice and helpful staff, good for young people who want to explore Munich on a budget.

The entire area around Hbf is hard to park, with expensive parking garages.

we liked the location, the size of the room and comfortness of beds.

We were super cold at night and the bathroom was very small and kinda dirty.

I liked the location, the space in the roons, the fortiture (a large desk with many plugs for USB, many lamps abajour and coutins, a fridge abd a closet, a locker mirrow very well equiped.

There is no phone in the room to get in touch with the reception so I have to go down wverytine I want to ask a question.
