The apartment is of a good size for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine. Getting to town was easy on Tram 21. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes away and a couple of cafes and restaurants for meals.

Street parking is always full and you need to use the garage, which is extremely challenging to manoeuvre.

This was a good choice for us during the busy Octoberfest with easy access to public transportation but in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was dated but clean. The kitchen is tiny but adequate for our short stay. We took advantage of the laundry facilities which was a great convenience.

The room needs updating. The bed was not comfortable. The shower curtain was a foot shorter than it needs to be so water sprays all over the tile floor. We continually had to mop it up. You have to step up to the shower which also is partially tiled and very slippery when wet. Be careful!! We didn't spend much time in the room and came home exhausted every night so it was ok but I would not select for longer term stays. Photos below, sorry I forgot to take pics before we unpacked...

A nice clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Far from fairgrounds, bars and red light districts. Maid service every 2nd day. Large room. Convenient kitchenette. Balcony outside.

When i needed to move the reservation, management refused. Booking.com was contacted and they advised all I needed to do was reschedule the reservation to when it was available in the next few months. Mysteriously there were no days available to reschedule in the six months after my stay was initially set for. Front desk refused to assist even though Booking.com said they were amenable to assisting with my change in schedule. I have stayed over a dozen times at this venue. Will probably not stay again if all I am is money to be taken.

Perfect! From the location to the amenities, it has everything you'll need and maybe more. The hotel is less than 3 minutes walking from U-Bahn station Josephsburg, which easily goes to München Hauptbahnhof. There is a small Rewe store on the corner with good prices and products, on the opposite corner there is a restaurant, 'Baumkirchner' with delicious food (I recommend the Grillteller). We did several day trips from Munich to Saltzburg, Zugspitze and Füssen and the distance from the Hotel to Hauptbahnhof was perfect, we didn't have to wake up too early. It's super easy to find and they arranged a self check-in for us because we arrived late on the first night.

The room had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. What I liked most were the three folding tables that folded against the wall. This resulted in good table space when I needed it. The location was very convenient as there were tram and subway stations close by. There was a large REWE supermarket about 200 metres away.

The wi-fi was terrible in our room No. 153. The signal strength showed 'poor' on my phone. Not sure what the problem was. I spoke to the receptionist and was given another SSID, which also did not work. Perhaps the hotel needs to add another wi-fi access point for both 2.4 and 5 Ghz ranges in the room's vicinity. The existing wi-fi was only 2.4Ghz.

Breakfast were good, there were many options to choose from and nice ladies serving the breakfast. Also balcony was perfect for the hot weather. Most important for me was location and check-in at 2pm (some hotels have 3pm check-in). Hotel has a garden so you have nice view at the breakfast or a place where you can sit in the evening, you feel like in forest. Also hotel is in the nice neighbourhood, it feels safe and like home, with U-Bahn and Tram near by. I reccomend It!

Prize was higher because of the Adele concert. I think the prizes are usually lower in this hotel. There was church ringing in the morning, but that's not that big deal..

Property is clean and conveniently located at 20 mins via tram to the centre of Munich aldtstadt. Excellent connections with the U Bahn too Breakfast served was par excellence! Thankyou

I would have been happier if they could have a packed breakfast to go for those travellers leaving early. Breakfast is served at 7 am to 10 am. We had to leave the property at 7 am to reach Munich at 8 am for the day trip to Neuschwanstein etc. Unfortunately the property does not have a policy of giving packed breakfasts to go.

Good place in a quiet location. The location is in a quiet neighborhood. Just a 5 minute walk from the Underground. A grocery store a hundred meters away. Clean and maid service every second day. A good sized room for the price. After over 15 visits to Munich ,it is my favorite place e to stay for festivals and visitng friends.

Toiletries were limited. No iron in the room, you need to go to the front desk and see if one is available.. the loudest thing is church bells at 7 am.

The room quality was great, large fully open-able bay window in the living room that looks out to a wooded area with woodpeckers and squirrels. Air conditioning, large comfy sofa, all facilities needed such as fridge, cooker, washing machine and clothes drying stand. Drip coffee machine supplied. Shower spacious and fully tiled (even had a foot bath). 2 Toilets available. Near a Rewe (groceries shop) so all necessary things can be bought there. The is also a very nice traditional German restaurant across the road that serves nice food at agreeable prices, and 2 bakerys are down the road, one of which you can buy delicious fresh Börek and coffee every morning. Cleanliness of the apartment was great. Was very impressed with this. Value was excellent and the apartment was very comfortable.

The nearest U-Bahn stop for the "U2" U-Bahn (when traveling from the Hbf) is a bit of a walk away when you have lots of suitcases. Better stick to the "21" S-Bahn (Reachable from Hbf Nord), which takes approx. 10 mins longer than the U2, but avoids the walking.

Our stay was really confortable in this appart hotel. Especially the cleaning personnel have done a quite good work. I recommend this appart!

There is only two things to consider: the appart wasn’t in the city center so you should take tram or metro to get there and please be careful cause we had to pay the fine in Ubahn just because we had the wrong ticket :()!! We bought 1,90€ ticket tickets as we do in every city but in Munich you have to pay 3,40€ FOR ONE WAY TICKET !!!! Even though we explain that we didn’t know they gave us the same amount of fine because Germans are…you know Germans :) Anyway, the second thing could be that room was kinda tiny for three people but nothing really negative I’d say.
