Spotless room, quiet location, helpful staff. Not right in the centre but good public transport links. The nearest station, Harras, is a short stroll and has overground and underground trains into the city centre, as well as trains out to the villages and towns towards the mountains.

Nice hotel, just outside the city Centre, but just a 15 min U bahn to Marienplatz. Good breakfast and comfortable room. Nice, hospitable and multilingual staff

every thing was fantastic, excellent location just few steps to the sub- way which drop u to the centre within few minutes. There is supermarket and Halal Turkish restaurant and a nice bakery coffee shop. very Special thanks for Mr. Gisbert at the reception for his very elegant, respectful and kind full treatment.

The room was very clean, bed comfortable. A good table to put the laptop on and plenty of power points. I really liked the heated tiles on the bathroom floor. Even though it is summer, tiles still get cold through the night! Breakfast buffet was all you could want and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Close to a SBahn station so easy access to the city. A great beer garden nearby as well as a bakery and other shops.

Great location, a bit outside the city center but Harras gives very good public transport connections (besides U6 and S-bahn also direct buslines to Deutsches Museum (& Verkehrscentrum), Gaststeig HP8,..) Spacious hotel, a lot of choice for breakfast, clean and well-equipped room. Nice thing to know: the bathroom has a heated floor, which is really great! Friendly and helpful staff. If I ever get to München again, I'll stay at the hotel once more!

Very good hotel with an affordable price. From my understanding the hotel is good, when you don't need to think about anything -> it is the case for IHG hotels generally :) +: The number was very comfortable and bigger than I expected, the bed and the blanket were very comfortable. Breakfast was super good The staff was very professional and kind AC worked very good, which was useful for 35+ C weather in August :) +/-: The transport location is pretty good, it will take around 30 mins to get to the city center, most of the routes lead to Hbf, which isn't very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the shower, as it was not very comfortably situated (the shower hung on the opposite wall, so it was quite complex to use it, not sure if the same situation is in other rooms). My wife even nearly fell in the bath because of it. I suppose it will be super uncomfortable and even dangerous for the old people

Katharina at the front desk was our angel. We had arrived, exhausted, after travel complications. On arrival, she helped us to book a taxi on short notice to get to an event we were already late to. She also helped us to fix a check-in issue, saving us a large amount. (Sincere thanks to her and her manager.) She also went out of her way to being us cold water as we waited for the taxi--as we were clearly hot and stressed. Simple kindness that almost made me cry. It meant so much to us that we were able to see the second half of the Passion Play, and we absolutely would not have made it without her help. Employees like this are worth their weight in gold, and I hope that Katharina is recognized for her outstanding customer service. I'm certain we are not the only travelers who have benefitted from her customer focus. In other notes, the breakfasts were superb. There were many drink and food options, and the staff was helpful and kind. It was a delicious way to start our days in Munich. The room was clean and well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent breakfast, with wide variety. Vegetarian options for one of us were varied and excellent quality. Meat options were of high quality and variety. This would be one of our "go-to" breakfasts if we were staying in other accommodation (cost for buffet breakfast would be €20 per person). Staff serving during breakfast were attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Rooms were very clean, instant coffee and kettle provided, small (not wasteful) selection of toiletries. Bathroom has dual voltage (240/110) outlet in bathroom for North American devices (we did not test). Many electrical outlets accessible for charging cellphones, etc. Restaurant was closed this week due to staffing shortages. Hotel bar had attentive and courteous staff who were multi-lingual and very accommodating.

We juggled the lights/air conditioning for several minutes to try to figure out how to turn different lights on/off. Air-conditioning was somewhat loud, although to be fair it was a hot and humid day and the AC wasn't able to cycle off very frequently.

Housekeeping staff was extra ordinary keeping room very clean. Room is very comfortable and has everything needed.

Room temperature was not possible to adjust manually from controller. It was never going higher than 22 C Hair drier was not working continuously when operating on maximum speed. It was frequently stopping.

Nice and clean hotel, spacy bathroom, excellent breakfast, nice staff. Good locality - very close to u-bahn and s-bahn, grocery shops right next to the hotel. The room was perfectly soundproof, which I appreciated a lot.

Impossible to have cozy light just from the lamps, only bright light from all lights or very small light from a small reading lamps. The curtains are not diming out, which is not pleasant when you need to sleep during day. For me too hard bed, but this is pretty individual thing. The room equipment plain, but sufficient, you have everything you need.
